He was on time and low cost, had the right tools and patience to get the job done when others had failed.

Finished in approximately 15 minutes since I unhooked everything. Plumber tried to sell me an additive which would have increased the price to about $450 which I declined.

This is an owner operator company. He was very good and fairly priced. Will utilize in future. Very satisfied.

Last year we had Daniel install a relatively inexpensive faucet. Mineral build up causing the faucet to leak at its base. Replacement of just the washer inside of the assembly would have been difficult to impossible. The entire interior of the unit was solid white with mineral buildup. Daniel installed a Kraus faucet. He told us he had never dealt with this brand before. He patiently explored each part and read the enclosed instructions. We are very pleased with his results and work ethic. He is on time and pleasant. He cleans up after his project is completed.

We have a bathroom in the guest part of our house that only gets used every few months or so when we have guests visit. As a result of not being used on a regular basis, the toilet has given us trouble for over a year, finally becoming completely stopped up. Daniel came 3 times, spending several hours here each time, before he was able to, after considerable effort, to clear the drain that had become completely full of banyan tree roots. The first two times he attempted to clear the drain from the toilet drain itself (on the second floor), carrying his snake up and down each time and doing a great job protecting the bathroom floor. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, on his 3rd visit he finally cut through the wall to be able to access the drain pipe at the ground level, and using a larger snake, was able to clear the pipe, again with considerable effort. Daniel was professional throughout, maintaining his good humor. He communicated with me regularly to arrange his return visits. I am pleased with the work and perseverance of Daniel, recommend him highly, and will be calling on him in the future should I ever need assistance with our drains in the future.

Daniel had to trouble shoot a drain clog for me that involved tracing the drain from the outside hall wall of my condo. He concluded that the clog was in my washer/dryer connection that was put in when we renovated the unit. Daniel, and his wife, go out of their way to satisfy the customer and deliver prompt and honest service.

During a previous visit Daniel took the opportunity to take the faucet assembly apart to see what parts he would need for the repair. On this visit he brought the parts and fixed the faucet in a very short amount of time. We know if we have a plumbing question or problem Daniel is the guy to call.

All I can say I am honored to have people like them as friends.

They called to follow up on service time and reported possible heavy traffic. This was expected at the time of day. When they arrived about 35 mins after appointment time, not a problem as they did call to let me know about the traffic. He cleared the drain with snake in about 10 mins and made sure all drains were working. Great job very quick, I was not sure of the price and did not receive a quote before the appointment. He did give me a quote before starting the work and that was fine. I did not ask for a quote due to other repairs on Angie's List as the pricing looked ok. I feel like this is a little high but not sure as I was not able to check other pricing for the same type of service. The service and people were great I would call them again if needed. He did give me a warranty of 30 days if needed.

He did a great job. He was very efficient. He made the fix look easy. Very honest and I trusted him!

Went weel, he had to buy the repacements from a store.

Work was prompt, professional and discussion was friendly.

The plumber, Anthony, arrived on time. He was very polite and got to work immediately. He explained the need for new pipes and showed me where and why this was needed. Anthony spent close to 3 hours completing the work. I believe the price was fair and the work done excellent - and, the work area was clean when he left.

It went good. The hot water heater is working fine and the shut-off valve is working fine although I never got a user manual for the hot water heater. He was a very pleasant guy and he even came when he said he was going to although I never did get an invoice. He performed the work to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to others.

Don arrived on time with the proper parts and completed the job quickly. He tested the toilets, had some coffee and was on his way.

After my initial call for help, they called back twice to confirm and arrived within 4hrs of my original call. The plumber who arrived was polite, cheerful, and fully competent to handle the job. He finished quickly, impressed my 90yr old mother-in-law, and was on his way. I would be confident calling them again.

Was especially thankful for the response, it was on a weekend (Saturday) evening.

on 12/30/13 after installing a new kitchen faucet on my own, the very old shut off valve started to leak from the stem. after unsuccessfully trying to remove the valve from the copper tubing, I called another plumber from Angie's list but they couldn't come until after the new year day holiday (lesson learned, don't replace faucet during the holidays!). I then saw the great reviews Don's Handyman Plumbing had (as another post said, it's now run by his son Daniel) and I called. Daniel said he had someone working close by and will have him stop by after he finishes. an hour later Gideon came to my house took a look and removed the valve. I probably shouldn't write this, but he offered to let me finish the job myself to save me the money...what a great guy! I gave him the "OK" to do the job and he went to City Mill to pick up the replacement valve, came back and finished all within an hour of first arriving! as far as price, they were lower than the first guys I called. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend you use them!

I called the day after Xmas and they were here the same morning. They got right to work with no messing around and cleaned out an obstruction 100 feet down our sewer line. We had a house full of guests and it was a blessing to have found them on Angie's list.

Daniel was professional, provided us with great response time, (was able to respond in 2 1/2 hrs) very friendly & easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use him again and recommend his services.

The drain in our kitchen sink began to drain slower and slower. Yesterday the drain would only work with the garbage disposal on. We called Daniel in the early evening. He was on a job but offered to come once he was finished. We made an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. Daniel and his helper, Gideon, arrived promptly with the necessary equipment. Our drain was disassembled and checked. Snaking the drain further down was necessary. The drain was cleared and tested several times. I asked them to check the connection with the dishwasher. They cheerfully agreed and ran a cycle. When they were finished the kitchen was cleaned up and you could not tell any work had been done. We will definitely call Daniel again for all of our plumbing needs.

I was suddenly taking a cold shower and of course blamed my son for using all the hot water, but it turned out my water heater wasn't working. I called Don's Plumbing who I used before and was very happy. Don moved to Texas and now its his son Daniel. I called him and asked if it could be done that day since cold showers are no fun. It was already getting late but he came anyway and ended up working until 11pm. He could have easily said he needed to come back the next day but continued working and took the old water heater away for me. Highly recommended 422-4736
