Referred by Angis list to contact provider in my area. Provider called and scheduled a Saturday appt. I called back tp confirm appt day before appt. Dispatcher Martha confirmed. Later that day I get a callback to say they have to reschedule appt to Tuesday due to tech would be stuck on a project that day. I cleared my schedule for that day and wouldnt be able to do a Tuesday appt. I called back that day only to be told now the next appt would be Friday. Dispatcher was rude and basically I not accomodating. I got bumped out of a confirmed appt for a project job and no accomodation made for the inconvenience. I called JBC plumbing who booked a Monday appt. I had to take half the day off from work. Not about service but about making more money. Rude, unprofessional, and not reliable. If they can take a bigger job your job is getting rescheduled. Made me wait all day for a callback as I requested. I never answered. I booked another provider. No time to wait on these fools. Got job done and JBC plumbing provided great service, on time, and reasonable rates.

Had an appointment with a 3 hour window. They never showed up. They called me four hours later to say they were not coming. They offered to reschedule but refused to give any sort of discount saying that it was not company policy. Waste 4 hours of my day and my policy is not to do business with this kind of company. I like to think my time is as important as a plumbers.

He did a great job. He found a lot of things that needed attention. I was right there with him, so he could show me the small leaks etc that could develop into something more serious. He made a special trip to Sand Island to find a replacement part for an older fixure. I think plumbing prices are super high, in general, but I forget to take into account maintenance of their office, secretaries, truck, inventory etc. so I think it's fair.
