Prompt and nice technician way over charged for the work and parts

Took a half a day trying to resolve my bathroomâ s sink drain problem. Did the chemical thing, poured the boiling water and even emptied out the P-trap and still to no results. My wife finally convinced me to call the professionals! Called Allenâ s Plumbing and had excellent customer service from their call center to the scheduler for an appointment. Bennett from Allenâ s arrived the next morning as I requested. He listened to my explanation then explained to me how the drain system works with the vent pipes and where the problem may be occurring. Bennett then quietly did his thing and before I knew it everything now works fine. Empress with his knowledge and professionalism and this has been a very rewarding experience, thank you Bennett. Plumber was very helpful in explaining and helping me understand what needed to be done and the work he ended up doing.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, arrived on time, had everything needed to fix the problem and left it as clean as he found it.

The technician came out on Sunday, as I entered the request thinking Monday would be realistically the soonest someone would be available. The technician observed the issues we were having and we decided that it was not in need of a repair (yet). The technician would not generate an invoice as he claimed to have not done any work!!! I will definitely hire them when we are ready to make repairs.

Work was done good with a small detail missing as far as diagnosis not being thoroughly complete. But repair technician responded quickly and came back to finish the repair that needed to be done.

Allenà ¢à  à  s is always timely and efficient. They are always available to answer your call and then respond as soon as possible usually the first thing the next morning after I call them in the evening. I am always impressed at how quickly they resolve my plumbing problems and they are always fried and answer all questions and concerns

The staff is outstanding in customer service and the workmanship of the job was excellent. Whenever I called I either got a real live person to speak with or when I left a message I received a return call within an hour. This is the first business that does NOT have a supid computer answering the phone with stupid options that don't even list your problem. I will be using Allen's Plumbing from now on.

I was told I was getting better gas water and got another ( lesser value, same pricing they charged, called, and complained about and was to get to me never did after another attempt was told would receive a phone call from office manager still waiting.

During these troubled time. Thank you Allen’s plumbing. We need a gas hot water heater. I attempted to get help from a chain store. With directed me to there contractor. No word. Got on Home advisor. Selected Allen’s. I received a call with an hour. Kane gave me a couple of suggestions and pretty much we had a heater in a few hours and installed. This company will be my first choice.

They replaced a hot water heater in about a couple hours. These guys are awesome I saved their contact info and would hire them again if I need anything .
