Allen's plumbing charges way too much and they try to get you to join there little club which will save you a few dollars now and you get special prices for all future jobs. The special prices are also way to high. I since have had several projects done with another plumber and the work was great and the prices were far.

master plumber joe is an excellent plumber. he knows his trade very well and did not waste time to fix my issue. i am very happy with the result of his work. i would be happy to recomment him to alll my friends...not just to few friends but to ALL my friends.

On time. Did a good job. But had to go out several times to pick up supplies - would have thought thier hudge van would have had all the basic supplis - wasted time.

Allen's Plumbing was able to install a new water heater in my unit on New Year's Day with only one day notice. They were prompt, professional and polite.

Steve called within an hour of using Home Advisor and was very professional. I called for an appt. the next day and Richard greeted me warmly saying that he was expecting my call. Everything was so efficiently and professionally handled. The plumber, Richard Ruthkowski, gave me an estimate before starting the job and I was absolutely thrilled with the reasonable cost. Richard then proficiently changed two toilet water valves, installed a toilet, and changed the water fill tank in another toilet- all within three hours. A superb job! I would recommend Allen's Plumbing to anyone and would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Their prices were in line with other plumbers but their customer service was oustanding. They responded quickly , the job was finished on time & ther was no extra charge for working into the night. Their plumber Nate was great!

They were a little late arriving at the job as they initially stated. Once they got there, they did not stall, got right to the job. Two showed up - one very experience the other was still learning the trade from what I could see. Needless to say both were careful to do the job right and did it all in one day rather than having to come back a second day to finish. They were relatively neat after the job was done leaving very little mess for me to clean up. The lead plumber was very good at explaining how the job was progressing and why they did certain things.

Quick response on an emergency call to replace a water heater the day before Thanksgiving completed the work Before the tenants returned home from work.

Time will tell whether the installation was a quality job - I had this company remove an ancient water heater (tank type) and replace it with a tankless. This job was in Honolulu and I am in NH so the hiring was done all through email. From day one I told the contractor that I needed two outlets replaced with GFI outlets, and since he would have to get both a plumber and electrician to do the tankless water heater install, would he make sure to include the GFI outlets in the job, so I wouldn't have to hire an electrician separately for such a minor task (that I could do myself if I had tools).

The quality of work was excellent but the tech was delayed by a couple hours.

It was a bit more than I had wanted to pay; however, the service and quality of the whole experience made me feel that I got the value for the cost. Nick and Scott were absolutely great and a pleasure to work with and have in your home. They are a great asset to Allen Plumbing. I will call on them for any future needs first!! Thank you guys!!!
