The work was excellent. I live in an older building and he knew how to fix all of the issues that arose.

He was on time, got the job done in a timely manner.

Scheduling the appointment was poor due to miscommunications. But one the service technician got on site and reviewed what work had to be done then it was good from that point on. Cost came within the estimate provided and the service technician was very professional.

Good job of clearing my bathtub drain

Their standard price for installing a faucet was $ 250.00 so we paid it and we also supplied our own faucet. Later we found out that all we need to remove the old faucet was a $ 20.00 tool found at City Mill. We found another leak the next day but it would cost a $ 50.00 trip charge and another standard $ 250.00 to repair. I would not recommend this company since knowing that most of my friends and neighbors are on a fixed income, myself included. Remember folks, we supplied our own faucet. Not worth the money, I will pay the extra charge to go to Angie's list next time and do my homework.

they were third company called for same problem. may be too soon to tell, but problem appears to be solved. Bennett was very professional and quite knowlegable. I will use them again.

Did a good job. Came out and completed job quickly and professionally. Very friendly. Only reason I did not give full 5 stars was the price seemed a little high but I guess all plumbing services are expensive. I would definitely recommend them.

After living in Hawaii for more than 30 years and having to deal with several plumbing companies, I can say without reservation that this is the best plumbing company so far. The plumber was on time, presented a neat appearance, and completed the job quickly.

The professionalism of the service was excellent. From the technician introducing himself at the door, and presenting his business card as I opened the door. Cleaned up after himself, and put everything back in it's place. Quality of the materials and installation is better than I have ever experienced, even with other popular plumbing contractors. I will definitely continue using their services and highly recommend them.
