Bennett was a real pro and I would use Allen’s again, no question.

They responded in a timely manner. Called me to let me know why the kitchen drain was clogged. Advised the tenant on what not to put into the garbage disposal.

I was given a time that the person would be able to respond (between 11am & 1pm. office personel was in contact and let me know that plummer was on the way at 12. When plummer arrived(JD) he went straight to work and sovled the problem with-in an hour. Very pleased with response.

After using Home Advisor to request a plumber to repair a rusted and broken bathtub popup plug (which I couldn't remove and replace myself), I was contacted on a Sunday by Allens Plumbing to obtain information on the needed repair and the terms of their service ($50 fee if the technician drove out and we declined the estimated cost; otherwise, this fee is waived if the repair is done by Allen's). A next day appointment was scheduled and a dispatcher called prior to their arrival on Monday. The plumber spoke to my wife and evaluated the pop-up plug problem and provided an estimate on a replacement. He then went to the plumbing parts store and returned with the replacement part which he installed promptly. He also checked the bathtub drain patency since we hadn't used it in several years. Everything worked. We were happy with the service and the repair quality. I would not hesitate to use Allens Plumbing again.

Cost of the job was more than expected, but the job was done with quality.

They came very quickly, did good worked, solved the problem but very high end price.

Early yesterday morning, Wednesday, a woman, Kaohu (sp?) confirmed an appointment for one of their plumbers to repair a leaking drain line under a kitchen sink, and replace an old valve for a water line for a refrigerator today, Friday for my very important client. I cleared my schedule for today to wait for the plumber to arrive "between 10am and Noon." Cheryl (sp?) called me at 10:43am and said their technician is running behind, but my job is still scheduled for today. Leolani (sp?) called me at 12:20pm and said their plumber will be tied up all day at another job today; the soonest they can get to my job is next Wednesday. I told her my client and I cannot wait until next Wednesday. This is at least the second time Allen's Plumbing has canceled a job for one of my clients. They call it "postponement," but, in my opinion, trying to schedule a job for 6 days into the future is actually a cop-out for a "no show" and cancellation. They do not seem to respect customers' time. I think their best plumbers have left for better opportunities with other companies. Their office staff has to continually apologize for the company's shortcomings. Their remaining technicians may be inexperienced, over-worked, and over-booked. I have been a real estate broker for 35 years. Allen's Plumbing has caused great frustration and aggravation, and has resulted in negative backlash from my clients. I cannot recommend this company. They came quickly and did a great job taking care of the immediate plumbing issue. But the toilet sometimes still drains slowly the problem isn't entirely gone.

Showed up at the appointed time. Very courteous, completed the job in about 3 hours. Replaced 2 old shower hardware.

They responded quickly and price was OK? Did not get more bids. Finish work was satisfactory, but left things for me to finish.

On time. Scott was very Professional and Friendly!

Joey was very courteous and helpful. He removed our old concrete laundry tub and hauled it away. He came back another day after our new kitchen floors were installed, to put in a new laundry tub. He was very thorough. My husband was so impressed , he decided to have Joey as our plumber of choice!

We had to reschedule a couple of times. Once they got her the plumber did an excellent job and everything worked out great.

Technician was very courteous and explained everything.

They were excellent but because we live in Hawaii, everything is 2-3 times as much as the mainland. That was the only downfall. For our needs, Mr. Allen personally went over all of our options with us. He was in constant contact with me, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I felt like a respected customer. The work was done very well and in a timely manner. I would call them again for any other future plumbing services.
