I really didn't expect to get a call after filling out the form on service magic, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Allen's Plumbing less than 2 hours later. Even better, they came the very next day and fixed all my plumbing problems! I will definitely call them again!

Call back was within ten minutes. Service to correct the problem was within one day.

I had a leak between a double plumbing wall. The plumber Narada O'Connor investigated and determend it was a "drain Line" and cut a nice hole in the wall anddid the repair injust over an hour. He was very polite and gave me an estimate before starting the job. He did very nice work and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Final cost came in very close to the estimate. Very clean and neat job.

Nick Haynes did a wonderful job and we are very very happy with his service. iWe commend you for having Nick as one of your plumbers on Oahu, Hi. The quality of the effort, service and workmanship by their Service Technician was excellent! However, the total amount/cost, especially for the labor and/or products/materials, for/of the two (2) jobs done on March 1 and 8 seems extra high in my, personal opinion since there was no separate breakdown into amounts for items purchased and labor costs (i.e., rate per hours of work). I would not recommend the company but would recommend the Service Technician to perform any work done!!

Not only was Danny professional and seeminglyvery happy to do his job, he also didn't want to do work that was unnecessary just for a charge. Which was wonderfully because he found out that my leak was not my leak it was a leak coming from the townshouse next to mine. He even went as far as knocking on the nieghbors door. He was GREAT!!!!!

NICK WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE. GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE AND DID THE WORK IN A VERY SHORT TIME. TOLD ME WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND TO CALL WHENEVER I NEEDED ANY HELP. COULD NOT HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE. COMPANY IS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
