Description of Work: Called for service on Cabrio washer continuously displaying unbalanced load code. The service tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, but had to order parts so rescheduled for 2 weeks later when I would again have a day off to install. Again, he showed up on time, was friendly, quick and installed everything ASAP. The $250 included the initial service call, the parts and the installation, which since I had done some research on the problem with the washer online beforehand, I knew was a reasonable price. The lady I spoke to at Riners who handled the scheduling was also very helpful and courteous. I would definitely use them again.
