Followed up to confirm the appointment, arrived early, and gave an honest assessment of the problem.

In March, 2012, I had accepted a bid of $1500 from Accurate Property Services (APS) to check for possible mold caused by a leaky upstairs shower. The original bid was $2400 and APS adjusted the price down to $1500 to win my business. The work was supervised by Mike Dawe and began on 3/7/12. Access holes were cut in the downstairs entry way ceiling and an upstairs bedroom. To my relief, there was no sign of mold. There was some mold on the shower floor but nowhere else. APS had a subcontractor (XXXXXXXXX) patch the ceiling and the bedroom drywall and they did an excellent job. I had to leave the house the 2nd day of the project and was not there to observe and approve of the work. The rest of the repair work was not good quality. Mr. Dawe advised me that he could not guarantee a paint match in the bedroom and I accepted that; however, the area covered by the paint was several times the size of the patched wall and can be easily noticed. Next, the regrouting that was done in the shower was very poor workmanship. There were globs of grout in some corners; there were still cracks and holes in the grout; and, the original grout, in many places, had not been removed. Mr. Dawe returned to inspect my allegations and indicated I would not be happy with anything they did. He said to get another contractor to do the work and he would reimburse me. A month later the job was completed. I notified Mr. Dawe and he promptly reimbursed me for the work. .One last thing: The original estimate included chemically fogging the house after the other work was completed. The cost was estimated to be $390. At the completion, I advised that due to my wife�s illness, the fogging would not be possible. He said he had already cut his margin to close to give me a refund. I felt a proportional refund would have been appropriate. He said the fogging was paid for and we could call him 10 yers from now and he would do it. Hmmmmmmm?

Mike was so incredible. He came over realized that my "mold" issue was fixable w/o professional help. He didn't charge me for coming out. He gave me suggestions and helpful tips to get it cleared up and he NEVER tried to sell me ANYTHING. He was so friendly, so helpful and nice that I felt guilty for not paying him for anything. I will hold onto his card for dear life b/c if I ever have an issue, I ONLY want Mike in my house! I would trust him 100% since I know he's not just out for $! Very VERY impressed!!

Mike and his crew were extremely thorough when completing our crawl space. They installed a french drain, vapor liner, sump pump, and dehumidifier. They also treated the mold and reinstalled insulation. Our crawl space is impeccable!

Accurate Property Services went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. I will use them again. Everyone showed up on time and provided outstanding service. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Mike is uber-reponsive. he had me a firm quote in a day, and was finished with my job within a week of our first contact. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Mike Dawe is an honest,sincere professional. HE and his crew dug up my french drain & replaced it. They also decontaiminated the inside of my home of any mold that was present ( including the heat & air system). Mike was very fair on price and followed through on everthing he said he would. I did my reseach and was prepare to tackle the problem myself. However, Mike worked with me to help me stay within my budget.
