We called them on a Tuesday and the job was done by Friday. Customer service was excellent.Cathleen, the office manager kept me informed throughout the job.

i’ve used direct plumbing about 4 times now from hot water heater repair, toilet fix, shower plumbing issues and more, this time they went above and beyond to make sure i had hot water, when you adore a company for great customer support and know the work will be done and done right and their prices are so reasonable, seriously what else can you ask for in a company. huge thank you for all you all have done to help make our house a home.

Courteous, professional, people (Connor and Ethan). They arrived on time, and did everything I needed. I got a price quote up front so there were no surprises. Best of all, they were outgoing and friendly. All too often I get tradespersons who have an obvious chip on their shoulders. These two had pleasant personalities and obviously enjoy their work. The office manager, Kathleen, I think, was excellent, as well. I knew exactly when they were due and when they were on their way. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up on time with everything they needed and waited patiently for the home warranty people to approve the work. Did the job accurately, which sounds easy, but I have an older house and there were no flanges in place. Even caulked another toilet that wobbles at no additional charge. This is the second time we've had them come out and I couldn't be happier with the work.

I had the time mix up and I was at work. I called and they charge me a cancellation fee. I asked to reschedule and they wanted to charge me double for them to come in the even.

Ethan was very professional and worked the entire time he was here. The work is guaranteed for 90 days. I am pleased with the repairs. Be aware that there will be a service call fee and job fee and a per hour charge.

The office staff was cheerful and very helpful. They kept me informed of the arrival time. I made the appointment around 3pm on Friday but they were able to make the repair and restore my water before the weekend. The plumbers were very knowledgeable, all about plumbing and very pleasant. They have well maintained vehicles.
