I'm so sorry you had this experience. I'm not sure I am clear what happened either. This is Rick and I am the plumber who came to your site. I am looking at the estimate you requested and the date it was emailed to you. We sent it on Feb 11 (over a month ago) and it didn't come back to us as a failed email. I have no idea what happened. We got prices together while we were still on site, and I have the invoice in front of me, with the estimate you requested, and your signature on the form. We gave you the estimate on site, and then in email. Again, I really don't understand what happened. I don't understand the grade on responsiveness, punctuality, or professionalism either. We came right out, confirmed we were coming, crawled all around your crawlspace, did price checking, and had, what I thought, was a great conversation with you. Our charges were minimal ($25) and we left understanding that you were NOT going to go forward with the project. Again, I am sorry things appear not to have gone smoothly. You are a very pleasant person and I can't help but think you may have us mixed up with someone else.
