Description of Work: I have had problems with the tile in my shower since it was new(@1995). Apparently, the person who grouted the tile initially used a quick set material that started to erode soon after the job was completed. I could spend a lot of time bemoaning my experiences with previous companies who really did not do a good job correcting the problem and were not informative about what the problem was. Because part of the shower needed to be regrouted , I checked my Angie's list and contacted Zilliant Innovations. Jason came by and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He did a great Job!. My shower looks like it is brand new. It's never looked this good!. Jason is a breath of fresh air. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I would not hesitate to contact Zilliant Innovations again.

+ 0 moreThis is a very professional company and staff and we would recommend them highly. When there was a question they responded promptly. They always called ahead to let me know they were actually on the way and arrived on time both for the estimate and actual work. The house was spotless when the project was finished. Our three dogs even became friends.
Description of Work: . They replaced and cleaned the grout in both our bathrooms, repaired shower grouting and caulking, sealed all the grouting to a white/white and caulked the entire project.

+ -1 moreJason, Michelle, and Stephanie were all very professional and a joy to work with. Their price quote was by far the best we received and they were the most professional from the start. Once they left, the tiled areas looked better than they had when we purchased the home 8 years ago. The job they did on the shower door was amazing -They do a miraculous job.
Description of Work: Tile and grout on master bath shower and floor, floor of 2nd bath, and floors of walk-in pantry and laundry/mud room was cleaned and color sealed. They also cleaned our glass (with brass trim) shower door which I could not get to come clean with anything I had tried. We had a sinking tile in the pantry which turned out to be due to a rotten sub floor, which Jason discovered. Once a contractor repaired the sub-floor, Jason came back and installed 15 tiles in that area- then Michelle cleaned and color sealed the tile and grout of the newly repaired area.

+ -1 moreJason came out and gave us an estimate on our floors. He was exactly on time and called when he was on his way -- very professional. Our tile floors are throughout our entire upstairs and with a dog and two kids the grout color was "Georgia Clay!". Jason presented different options for us to choose from, which was really nice for someone who might be on a budget. We went with the cleaning and color sealing process with a grout color that matched our tile. Our floors looked brand new and about 6 months later they STILL look brand new! Thank you so much, Jason!
Description of Work: My tile floors were cleaned and they color sealed the grout lines. They also repaired a cracked tile.
