Great personality

I had a crack in my foundation he told me why it was there plus what to do. Foundation company had already looked at the crack of course what they said would have been more costly. They also didn't want me to get a structural engineer. Glad I did.

Stephan, Principal Engineer/Owner of Vest Engineering, was very responsive and sensitive to my timelines. He scheduled an apt and came out to our home to take measurements to perform a load assessment and then further advised of the best way to have a wall removed in our home. Not only did he promise and deliver on time he went above and behind by updating his drawings numerous times and talking my husband and I through the process until we were comfortable. I recommend highly recommend Vest Engineering and would recommend the company for further architectural needs!

The engineer was a great guy and did an excellent job.

Stephan was very timely in his initial response (that very evening), follow up appointment and resulting report. As we were having work done within a week he turned over his report earlier than scheduled. Work well done.

Stefan came out to do a consult on our foundation problem. He was thorough and explained the problems and the options clearly and well. He spent more than an hour with us, even taking a walk down the street to look at the units adjoining ours, while only charging us for one hour's work. He was straightforward and honest with us about the state of our foundation and I appreciated that. He even called us back several weeks later to find out what our plans are for making the repairs. A positive experience all in all; I highly recommend Stefan!

Stephan was both professional and friendly. He gave my house a thorough review both inside and out, pointing out potential problems with my stucco home that if left untreated, will turn into a very large and expensive problem.
