Description of Work: Working with Don Moncrief of Up Against The Wall was a wonderful experience. He is a fine young gentleman who cares about his clients and his work. I had tried to pull wallpaper off of one of my bedrooms and it was disaster because the original wall had never been primed. Don came in and patched the walls. He made them smooth and beautiful. It was a one day job but he treated it like it was very important. He took pride in his work. I will call him again for any painting job I may have. He stands by his work and will not let you down.

Description of Work: We found Up Against the Wall on Angie's List and couldn't be more pleased with the results. We wanted one wall (an accent wall) in our formal dining room wallpapered. We were told by the painters we used (also via Angie's List) that wallpaper is a lost art and that it will be hard to find someone that still did it and did it well - well thank God for Up Against the Wall! Excellent service, intricate and neat work done around the columns, no visible seams, just all around excellent work! I thought the price $300 for one wall was a bit expensive at first, but when we saw the quality of the work, my complaints were silenced. would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: Don installed a 12X9 wall mural. her took extra steps to make the project look asthetically correct, biven wall size and mural size. Very good communication!!!

Description of Work: Don repaired drywall defects in 3 bathrooms and master bedroom ceiling. He also removed wallpaper in a 2 room guest bath and repainted that bathroom and another bathroom. All went as planned. Took a little longer to complete due to unforseen difficulties. No problem on our end.

He also did an outstanding job of painting the ceiling and walls in one room and the walls in another. His work was orderly, clean and organized. I would without reservation use him again.
