Absolutely horrible!! i will never use this company again!!!! Our job was started in August, 2012, the owner of the company Dave Rich came out for the first Two days of the job, and we never saw him again, he sent out inexperienced workers to install cabinets, the workers were never consistent. Dave was also good about not returning phone calls, and if you did get him on the phone he was very short and extremely Rude!!!! The finish on our cabinets is horrible, you touch them and the finish comes off, doors are warped, hinges are not on tight! The Tille Job is awful and not at all what I wanted, I was talked out of what I wanted!!! The Only positive that came out of this was the electrician was great and also the granite company!!! Also during installation they dented my new dishwasher and when bringing my brand new refrigerator in they also dented that!!! Of course they deny that they did this damage!!! The Bottom line is Dave does not stand behind his product or company, when he wants your business he is very attentive, after he has it he is MIA, oh unless he wants money, than he sends his so called business partner (which he does not mention at all when talking about the possibly doing the job))! I find the company to not be reliable or trustworthy!!! Unfortunately we learned our lesson the hard way but we are not done pursuing having our kitchen fixed to our satisfaction, but I do advise anyone thinking of using this company to do your research carefully and check references!!!!
