Service technician Josh Elliot showed up at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem with my dryer in short order and explained what needed to be done. He also explained how much it would probably cost before he began working on the problem. His estimate was $2.00 off! Josh was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! Paying for the job was a breeze as their technicians are equipped to take cash, checks and electronic payments as well. I would definitely recommend this company

Good cummincation explained everything

Top Notch is just that! Awesome appliance repair. Brian let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived we spoke for a few minutes and he immediately went to work on not 1, not 2 but 3 separate appliances. He was knowledgeable about the items and how they came apart and went back together as well as how they operated. He answered all of my questions, charged me exactly what he said it would be, is ordering the dysfunctionalnitems and cleaned up following his work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable, honest, reliable repair company.

Josh performed our dishwasher repair in a timely fashion. Did not overprice service. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived on time; made repairs, cleaned area when finished since they were working on a refrigerator condensation issue and some water & ice got onto the floor. When I had a question afterwards, they returned my call right away. Good company and very good customer service.

The service tech worked fast, thoroughly, taking the inside shelving of the refrigerator out to access the back panel where the problem was located. When finished, the refrigerator was as good as new

I would not recommend thus company! Beware they don?t offer the warranty that they say they di. They also try to push you to buy their equipment which dies not have the sane warranty as hone depot for appliances. They charge $70 for a trip fee but that?s bot mentioned on line but when they come out that?s what they tell you after looking at the job and not before! They don?t wear shoe covers when they enter your home from outside. Overall... keep looking! I paid $150 to install a garbage disposal! Not worth it!

very experienced- fixed my refrigerator and knew the basic problems associated with my samsung model. a followup visit to recheck the work was very professional. i appreciate them not (like others) just replacing parts until the the machine starts working again. would use them on my other appliances, too. thanks!

Very knowlegeable

Josh replaced flapper on refrigerator door and fixed ice maker. He willingly pulled out refrigerator to check build up on back and waited for me to clean behind it. Quick and efficient.
