The rep from Top Notch Appliance repair company was honest, prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I have hired Top Notch Twice now and have been completely happy with their service. Riley always calls to let me know where he is, and the one time he had an emergency client need him, he called and asked if it would be okay to be late. Very professional and service is always excellent.

He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and didn't mind at all when I chose to replace the part myself to save a little money. Good work!

Brian did a great job fixing my dryer. He found the issue quickly and also did additional service by quoting a great price to clear out my dryer vent line (always nice to have the right tools). Excellent job at a fair price

I had a refrigerator that loss power. Brain from Top Notch showed up at the estimated time. He performed a diagnostic and thoroughly explained what the issue. He gave me the worst & best case scenario, along with a couple of options, which I am a big fan, because I do not like ultimatums. I chose the option, he outlined the next steps in the process and he follow that process to a T. I appreciate his professionalism. I definitely would use him again.
