They arrived on time and where very complete on correcting the problem we had. They left the work area just as they found it , neat and clean. Very hapy with them.

Brian was very professional and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed what the problem was and got it fixed in a timely manner.

Brian was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the part that was needed for my very old refrigerator was no longer available despite Brian checking multiple sources, including eBay. So it could not be fixed.

Our technician was on time, efficient and professional. Our issue is that we were given the final price at the completion of the repair, without a receipt which we had to request! We assumed the part was expensive but when we received the receipt after the tech left, we discovered we had been charged a Service Call Fee AND a Labor fee. We were not advised ahead of time about this. We have never hired an appliance repairman that didn't apply the Service Fee to the Labor Fee. That, and the issue with their lack of disclosure about their charges, is the reason for the low rating.

Within minutes of submitting my request details to Home Advisor Brian called to ask about my repair. Riley came out when scheduled, had parts on his truck repaired our Maytag gas dryer and was on his way in about an hour. Thanks guys, appreciate your prompt response and help.

Brian called me within 30 minutes of posting on Home Advisor. The scheduled repair time was set and actually called to ask if he could be early.

We needed an ice maker repaired. They were prompt, courteous and professional. He also took the time to discuss issues we were having with another appliance. Very positive experience.

Riley was our repairman and he did a great job. He was on time, very knowledgeable about the repair to our ice maker, as well as, our dryer. He worked very hard! What was suppose to take about 2 hours turned into over 3. But he stayed with it until he got both appliances fixed and working properly. We will definitely keep their number and call on them again if/when needed.
