Bryan at Top Notch responded to my call promptly, was courteous and obviously knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price on the phone, even offered to come out on the weekend if the repair was urgent. Regarding our appointment, he arrived on time, was mindful of my appliance and my home, fixed the problem quickly, and did not vary from his original original quote. I am impressed, and I am hard to impress. I will most definitely call Top Notch first for any future appliance repair needs!

Phone estimate was fair and reasonable. Actual repair was half the estimate. Quickly diagnosed the issue, made proper repair and tested appliance prior to loading tools. Refrigerator / freezer (ice maker now operates as designed. Highly recommend this contractor. I'd trust Brian with key to my home if I could not meet him at appointed time. Riley had repaired my washer two years ago, and I was very pleased with his service then. He came today to check out the dryer that was running but not heating. He diagnosed a problem area and fixed that but determined there was a second problem which really perplexed him. However, he kept working for over an hour and was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. I appreciate his determination to get my dryer running again! I will definitely call Top Notch Appliance in the future and will recommend them.

Top Notch Appliance fixed our ice maker back in January 2016. Then last week something happened and the ice maker was not on track and not making ice. I called to see if they could come back out to check it out. Brian arranged for Riley to come out the same day I called. Still now sure what happened but Riley fixed it and there was no charge. This is a great company and I would definitely recommend them!
