Brian called Sunday night to sort out some of the symptoms with my super finicky Jenn-Air Range. He arrived and installed the correct part to repair and I might add, at a total cost less than what I'd been quoted for the part alone from another parts vendor. Thank you Brian!

I'm not easy to work for, I'm detail oriented, but this company never got the chance to find that out. They gave me a fair quote previous to coming and a two hour window instead of the four hour window I was finding else where. THEY GAVE ME SAME DAY SERVICE. Thats efficiency. The tech called me about 20-30 minutes before to tell me he was on his way. It was within the first hour of time window. The tech was clean, direct and personable. When he did the job he knew what he was doing. There was no pondering or thinking about it. The tech's name was Riley. He was informative and professional. When it came time to pay the bill it was lower than the quote. Thats integrity. They probably think I'm a nice guy, but they left me no choice.

Replaced control board for ice maker. Advised to use factory parts as after market parts do not last. Obtained part and fixed next day.

They were prompt, courteous and fixed my appliance quickly. I will definitely call Top Notch again for any appliance repair need that I might have.

Brian Farrow was very responsive to our inquiry, made an appointment to come by this afternoon, arrived on time, made the repair quickly and the cost was actually a few dollars less than he had estimated over the phone. Prior to Top Notch we hired another company but tgey could not fix it. Top Notch had it repaired within 30 minutes! One word- Awesome!

Honest and curteous

Technician advised the appliance was still under warranty, diagnosed the problem and did not charge for the house call, I will use them in the future.

Brian was courteous and efficient. Showed up on time and got right to work. Found the problem immediately, recommended solution, drove to his local supplier to pick up the parts and was completed in a no time. He even recommended one (non-essential) was better for me to get online rather than through him. Great service. Will be on the top of my list next time I have an appliance issue. Thanks!

Riley was honest and very fair with his pricing. When he came back to install what he believed I needed to fix my refrigerator he discovered the problem was much larger and recommended I buy a new refrigerator and only charged me for the initial evaluation. I really appreciated his honesty and will plan on hiring Top Notch Appliance Repair and Service for other appliance repairs if any are needed in the future.
