Josh and Brian were professional, very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. They repaired our Whirlpool dryer cost effectively and went beyond our expectations by inspecting it and our washer for other possible problems. Josh was excellent! Called to schedule, was given a prompt service time and kept informed about arrival time and any delays. Josh was very professional and courteous. He did a great job installing a custom vent hood. Very reasonable pricing! I would used them again!

They were not able to fix my dishwasher due to a separate plumbing issue. The technician explained everything to me in detail and I was happy with his efforts. He was honest and knowledgeable and I would still call them for another appliance to be repaired in the future.
