Top Notch Appliance Repair

Top notch fixed the ignition switch of my gas burner, however it was quite expensive. The components cost (which they source through their retailer) is significantly higher than the online price of the same components. They performed the work to satisfaction and were flexible with my schedule. They were also courteous and cleaned up after the installation.

They showed up on time, knew exactly what the problem was, and had it fixed quickly.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer stopped freezing. We called our usual appliance repair man but when he got here, he said he doesn't work on these types of refrigerators and recommended another company to fix it. I called them but they couldn't come until next Thursday. I went on Home Advisor and found Top Notch Appliance Repair. It was after 2 pm on the Friday before Labor Day when I called Top Notch. I spoke with the owner Brian who said he would see if he could find a tech to come look at it today. About a half hour later he called to tell me Riley Dame would be there between 3 and 5 pm. I then got a text confirmation that he was coming. He got here about 3:30 and diagnosed a bad inverter. He went to get the part and by early evening, my refrigerator was working again! I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need any appliance repairs! They are professional, thorough and do excellent work!

He arrived on the, got to work, and completed job quickly. He explained what he did and what parts would be required to get the dryer running again. The dryer is quite old , so I decided to get a new one. The service call was well worth the money.

Brian came on time,knew what needed to be done , finished in rTecored time and gave me back a wonderful working refrigerator!

The tech was unable to identify the underlying issue with my washer. It was admittedly strange and intermittent. I later fixed it myself, and was upset that I was charged a service call for nothing. Brian responded quickly and fairly, and refunded the fee. A very honest and respectable move.
