Easy and convenient to schedule online. Friendly and helpful in selecting types and trade offs of the different film options. Wait time was longer than I was told up front as they got busy with walk-in customers - my only complaint. So far, very happy with the product and quality of the install. Will definitely use again - they also do home and office window tinting.

Keith from "The Tint Guy" gave me the estimate and was more than helpful in picking the right tint for what I was looking for. The price was very competitive and I'm really glad I decided to use them . Keith is also one of the installers and did a great job. Very professional, neat ,and cleaned up when the job was done. We dropped off the car expecting it to take 2 1/2 hours. We left and walked to a nearby restaurant, ate breakfast, walked back and the car was ready. The tint was installed all the way to the top of the windows. There was no half inch gap at the top like some installers leave.

Keith came out the same day I called. He did not have matching tint on his truck, but took a piece of my old tint to try to match. He returned promptly the next day with several choices of tint, and performed the job professionally. Sometimes it's difficult to find a service provider for such a small job, and I do so appreciate the responsive and professional manner.

This was the second time using these guys. They are great. They do great work and fast. I did not have to wait for more than an hours before the work was completed. Very professional and attentive to the detail. I would recommend them again to everyone.

I am pleased with the result and the living room is staying much cooler since the film has been applied.

Knowable staff, gave me what I needed quickly

Unfortunately, my forth experience was worse than bad! When I picked up the car, there was lots of trash under the film. I took their advice to give it time for the water to dry out, but the tint job was clearly sub-par. I could not find a square foot of window that had less than 6 pieces of trash under the film! I took it back and the person running the shop said I had a great job (I knew better, I had another car they did in my driveway). Well, anyone can make a mistake, but the shop manager would not admit the poor job. When I first met Chris (the owner), he ran a one-man shop at the previous location. He took tremendous pride in his work! I knew he would make things right. Boy was I wrong! It was like some bizarre dream; he was trying to convince me I had a great tint job and just got mad (to the point of being very rude) when I disagreed! He said it was better than the one on his truck, so I said lets go look at it (the look on his face said it all). As suspected, he had an excellent job on his truck! He reluctantly agreed to retint my car.. He asked me to sign a document stating the 3m film was defective. He said I wouldn?t get the retint if I didn?t, so I did, but it seems unethical. The retint was of good quality, but I can't really give them credit for fixing the problem after all of the trouble it took. I can't explain why, but none of these guys will admit a bad job. If you get one, prepare for a fight to make it right.

The installer quoted the tint to install but then at the time of the Install was adamant that it would be too dark. He was pushy and borderline rude but finally installed the desired tint. The install was ok but there are still some bubbles in the tint that didn't come out and I had to remove some sharpie marks from the exterior of the car. All in all the car looks ok but I prefer lumar tint to the 3M that the tint guy offers. They Didn't do a bad job but for the price I certainly wouldn't recommend them as there are cheaper and better options available.

We used The Tint Guy for both auto and residential services. In both cases the staff was professional and thorough. For the residential service, the crew was late, but they called 15 minutes before the appointment time to inform me that they were running late and when they would arrive. The work was performed in less that the time estimated. They were friendly and professional in both cases. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Tint Guy again.

The wait was a little long, but overall they did an awesome job. I drove almost an hour to use them based on some good reviews I had seen. We are definitely planning to use them in the future.

They were very accommodating. Not only Chris, when he came out to see what I wanted done, but the two guys who showed up to do the work were outstanding. I think the job was priced the way it should be. He followed up later with a written letter. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend him.

I called and spoke with Chris, describing the problem we were having. He explained that tinting would only make the matters worse, it would magnify the reflection rather than stopping it. I think that less reputable companies would have come out and performed the installation knowing full well we would be worse off than before. I can say this because we have had several companies do odds and ends jobs only to be let down, lied to, etc. Thank you Chris for being a good guy!
