 + -1 moreIhad 2 bad ceiling leaks & a leaking shower faucet. The appointment setter was polite & professional. She made an appointment for the next day with Sam Watson of The Original Plumber. He proved to be an outstanding plumber & person. My A/C unit was not working & my home felt like a sauna but he worked throughout the day with a positive attitude without complaint. He listened to my problem & explained what he needed to do in a way that I could understand. He replaced pipes efficiently taking care to cause the minimum mess. He cleaned up afterward. He moved my heavy china cabinet to gain access to the shower valve & he did it without harming my grandmother’s antique china. He was polite, professional, thoughtful, easy to understand & an excellent plumber. He has my respect & I highly recommend his services.

 + -1 moreI called to get a bathroom faucet installed and was told on the phone that the standard rate was $205. Once on-site, it became $1234. I wasted days dealing with the broken faucet waiting for them to come out and then was shocked when the estimate came in at 5x the expectation.
