We are a husband and wife team with a great team of Realtors where we assist homebuyers and sellers of all price ranges. We assist in the preparations prior to listing, knowing which ones will bring the biggest bang for your buck. We also stage our listings under $500,000 complimentary when you sell with us. We do more marketing than most agents, we are not just a stick a sign in the yard and hope it sells kind of Realtor. We work hard for our clients and that's why we sell so many homes. We are very skilled in the negotiations and creative when it comes to winning multiple offer bids on homes our buyers are purchasing! We strive to have clients for life! We assist home buyers & sellers of all price ranges in Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, Bartow, North Fulton. We represent your best interest in the transaction. We also stage our listings w/furniture & decor for no charge as we have a warehouse, a moving truck and an on staff Stager. We also assist with home renovations & updates that may need to be done by bringing a list of room by room recommendations, a plan of action & wonderful affordable vendors to help get the tasks done.

Services we don't offer

Homes under $500,000 receive complimentary staging when they list with us. We have a small fee for staging homes over $500,000.
