SEASONAL SYSTEMS

I couldn't get my furnace going, so I called John Zimmerman at Seasonal Systems. He was there the next morning, and determined my furnace had a faulty part, which I ordered. When the part came, he was here the next day, and within 2 hours had my furnace running great. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. His fee was very reasonable, and I was very happy with his work. If you live in or around Woodstock GA, I highly recommend him.

It was fine. It was a little interesting because when I called them and scheduled it they at first were going to charge me a trip charge to come out on top of it. We talked that through. I said that was not what I would have expected based upon when you guys struck the deal. So they waived it after we talked about it. It was a professional exchange so they waived the trip charge and quite frankly when the guy came out there was no work he could really do at my house and he really didn't do anything so it wasn't even used. I think they used it up to pay for the trip charge. Little weird but I wrote it off as the guy came out and he trouble shot the thing together. He tooled around for a half an hour, fifteen minutes so I felt it was worth the $49 just to have him do it. What the question was that I had was that we were trying to re route some plumbing to save some room in some new base cabinets I had installed in my master bedroom. There really wasn't anything he could do he said. It was about as good as it could get. He was honest. We talked about a few things and we turned some pipes around and trouble shot together. He was concerned enough and honest enough that I felt I wasn't getting a bad deal.

John is a knowledgeable and very caring business owner and HVAC technician. He knows the industry, equipment and how to provide good service. It's rare that I've encountered someone like Seasonal Systems and John Zimmerman, especially in an industry like this one, that has the integrity, customer service and technical skill that they do. Would recommend to my extended family and closest friends!

I had no problems with them. The price was reasonable.

Everything went great. They got me the best heat pump that is both top quality and affordable. I was also taken on a step by step guide on how to understand the unit better.

They were very professional and timely. The price met the estimate. They always made sure to think things through.
