It toko them 6 weeks to try to fix the problem. They never did fix it. They broke the orginal part, which later we found out there was nothing wrong with. When I had someone else come out I had to pay that plumber for a part that was removed because it was fine in the first place. The office person, Amanda, was very efficent and really tried to get someone out here. They ended never charging me for coming out.

They removed the shrubbery that was in the way. They were very careful to keep the roots intact. They hand dug around the irrigation. They completed the work in good time . My son came home and asked why the plumber had not been there. He couldn't see anything different. When a fitting broke they responded within 15 minutes. They located the problem and fixed it quickly. They used equipment that dug under the driveway and sidewalk so they remained undisturbed.

I had a flooded laundry room. He arrived quickly within a few hours of my call. He spent a lot of time checking the problem and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. There was a problem with the septic tank. He did a good job with the checking. He will be coming next week to fix a leak in my ice maker.

They did a really good job. They were very quick to respond.

Sewage backed up in my downstairs bathroom and was coming up through the toilet and shower drain. John was at my house in less than 45 minutes from my initial call. He identified and repaired the problem quickly-there were roots in the sewage line and some soft wipes had snagged on them, causing the back-up. He cut out the roots and cleared the clog. He was capable, professional and informative. I felt the price was fair, and I got a discount from using an Angie's List coupon. I would absolutely call Roswell Woodstock plumbing again-in fact, I already have called them back to do some non-emergency work.

The owner of the business was the one who came out and he was very professional and told me how to diagnose it myself if it ever comes up again.

It was great. The guy came out, talked to us, did some measurements and an estimate, then came out and did the work. It went very, very well. He made sure we understood everything. He went with us and looked at everything, and we talked about the leak and whether to replace the whole pipe or try to find the leak. He was very responsive to all our questions; anything we brought up, he could answer it. He told us to call him if anything goes wrong or comes up. I know my wife found him on Angie's List, and there was one experience where somebody didn't bother to call him because they had to pay extra to get the work done. He said he would have done it free, so he made sure we knew to call him if anything was wrong. We plan to use him again further down the road.

I was sent to this contractor through my Home Warranty company. They sent out a company out to fix my clogged sewer and they stated that they hit roots when they put the snake into the lines and they only got 20 feet down. They said that we would have to replace our whole sewer line from the house to the main line in the street and it would cost $3500. The guy said that when we call to set it up they would have to schedule locates and then it would be up to 72 hours till they start and then they would be done in about a day or 2. We would have to pay 1/2 the price at the time that we schedule the work and the other 1/2 when it is completed. The guy left and we went about our day. We came to realize that the tubs and showers were all still clogged. We were never told that the clog was still there we thought he broke it up as much as he could and that we would need to get this done as soon as possible because this was just a bandaid. We called back and they said no there is nothing we can do we couldn't get past the roots. I logged onto Angie's list and found another company ROSWELL WOODSTOCK PLUMBING who said that they would have an estimate come out on Monday to estimate the replacing of the lines. They said that price was the highest they have ever heard of and they know that they could beat it by at least $1000. I got a call about an hour later by the 2nd company who said they did not like the fact that we were going to have to go 4 days without a shower and they wanted to try to come and fix the clog for now and if they could not do it then they would take the cost off of the estimate that was going to be given to us. They arrived in an hour and they were able to break up the clog that was 70 feet from the house and they said that they did not hit any roots. He said that he did not think that the lines needed to be replaced and if they did it might be the small portion near the road since that is where the clog was. He said I should still have the estimator come out since it is good for a year. I called my home warranty company back and they were very upset with the 1st company. We loved the way that Roswell Woodstock Plumbing was so professional and treated us. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Company was extremely good to work with. Came right out and suggested calling a leak detection company and didn't even charge for the first call. Came back a second time and did repair in difficult location under bad weather conditions.

It went okay. Pricing was a little high but the work was fast. He was done in about 15-20 minutes.

RWP came on a Saturday to unclog a sewer line. They were responsive, courteous and took care not to damage or dirty the home. The "weekend" price($225)was not unreasonable. However, the same problem happened again 3 weeks later(roots in sewer line)but this time they came during normal working hours-took them approximately 10 minutes to clear the line, but this time they used a longer snake, indicating they didn't go far enough the first time. This is where I became dissatisfied-I was charged the "weekend" rate again, for 10 minutes of work. The issue I have is not that they had to come back and that I had to pay them again, but rather that I was charged the weekend rate during a weekday. I did challenge the price during the second visit, but was simply told that was the price. This is unfortunate, as I had thought during the initial visit I had found a plumper I could use over and over. It's a shame they went for short term bad profits instead of long term good profits.

Everything went very smoothly. They were prompt and very easy to work with. I believe that they were honest with me and they did a good job.

It was a very big project. He was very polite and nice. The price was competitive for the work he had to do. The quality of the work seems good, I have water and its not leaking. He was out here very quickly to do the work.

They were very nice at first but he forgot to re-seal the toilet, so the next day I found a huge leak in the basement. They came back out to fix it, but wouldn't accept that they were at fault. Now my wall is stained and looks ugly. I wouldn't use them again.

We found the leak in the middle of a Saturday evening (around 9 PM) because of a large puddle in our office near the main water valve. We checked the list and selected Roswell Woodstock. We called the number and got a human being, who turned out to be the plumber who came out the next day. Working outside in the dark was not feasible, so we arranged for him to come out first thing in the morning (on a Sunday). He came out on time, was friendly and professional in finding and locating where to dig for the leak, found the problem and had it fixed before we realized that he had started digging. He reattached the pipe that had blown off the house, and left the area smooth and clean so that the color difference of the clay was the only way to tell he had been there. Since the problem was that a fitting on our plastic water line had blown off the side of the house (a relic of our 1970's plumbing), he gave us a verbal quote for replacing it with copper, and was frank and honest in answering all of our questions without high pressure sales techniques. I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge. There was a weekend service fee of about $75, which I thought was fair, considering that some places handle weekends by sending out the junior repairmen for "no extra charge". I much prefer the treatment Roswell Woodstock gave us, with a competent professional coming out with a reasonable fee for their weekend time.

I called the office in the early afternoon. About 1 or 2 hours later the plumber, John, called and was over here about 15 minutes after. He spent about 30-45 minutes doing the work and left. It was great! I am glad I did not even attempt to install myself, as he used a blow torch to attach it properly. It would have been an all day project of running back and forth to hardware store for me, so glad I called these guys after the good review on here. This is my first call to a plumber, and it was a great experience. John was efficient, nice and to the point.

Jon called within a few hours of my initial contact with his office to give me an estimate. To my delight, he was able to come out the very next day to do the service. I was so delighted with his responsiveness that I did not even wait for the other 2 estimates I was expecting. (Good thing, too, because neither of those other companies have returned my phone calls to this day!!) Initially, I had expected to replace 4 faucets and one diverter. Before Jon arrived, I realized the other 2 diverters in my house had stopped working. Upon his arrival, he assured me that he could replace the other 2 diverters that same day. As he was replacing one of the faucets, we learned that the sink was deteriorating to the point of needing replacement. He had to make a special trip to pick up a new sink, but was back within half an hour, and completed the job. From start to finish took about 4 hours. Everything looked and worked great!!! I have been very pleased with the work done, and will definitely call this company back for any future plumbing needs I may encounter. I can recommend them whole-heartedly.

The plumbers arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. They found the problem and resolved it quickly. Upon coming to do the work, I had them check my second shower to see if the same problem existed there as well. It did and they did not have the materials to repair both so they had to come back. On the second occasion, they were as prompt and professional as always.
