Owner had to be called four times that day to see if he was still coming out to assess problems. After waiting four hours, I finally reached him by cell phone and received unacceptable, and unprofessional reply. After he got here, he confirmed problems and suggested where to go and what to buy for the Master shower. Although the qoutes to fix both problems were fair and reasonable, he would not allow us to schedule appt for repairs until after we went and bought the part, which we did within 1/2 hour. I then called him and left voice message that we had purchased the part. He also indicated that his crew was backed up and could not even estimate when we would be scheduled. This was on a Wednesday afternoon. I did not hear back from him until Monday, 6/18/12 , at 3:30pm per voice mail. By which time, I already found , and had repairs made, through a company I found on Angie's list.

Excellent company! John was prompt, courteous & informative. The job was complete in under an hour. Very pleased & will be using again!

When we bought out house six years ago, we noted it stubbed for basement restroom and shower facilities. We had always wanted to finish this bathroom, but were very apprehensive about it. Finally, we decided to go ahead. The professionals at Roswell Woodstock Plumbing came out on three different occasions to first give us an estimate as well as advice on what to do and the stages of work, then do the rough in of the plumbing telling us what to watch out for and how to do our finish work. Then we had them come back in the end and install the new toilet, pedestal sink and shower and it looks (and operates) fantastic! Very nice guys- very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Sunday evening found carpet in the living room wet in a 4x4 area. This area butted up against the outside garage where the water heater is located. I called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing first thing monday morning and they came out within 30 minutes. John was great, he identified the problem as being a leak wihtin the wall. Nothing to do with the water heater. A small pin hole leak in the copper pipe not due to a nail or anything else. Just a spontaneus leak. Not sure why copper should leak as this was not in a joint or elbow. Pipe was difficult to sauder due to it being tight against a stud. It took him some time but he was able to successfully repair this. He cleaned up after himself and even took the time to show me about my water heater and the house water shut off valve. I would definitely choose Roswell Woodstock Plumbling for any of my future plumbing needs. I hope John never leaves this company. He is GREAT!

I called them at 8:00AM. Set appointment for around noon. They arrived at 11:15AM. Very professional, knew exactly what I wanted done and completed the tasks in good time. Very fair pricing. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have Angie's List in Atlanta because my mother, who is retired and in her 80's, has rental properties and sometimes she needs help. She got a call from one of her tenants with a plumbing problem on the afternoon before Thanksgiving! We called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing and they (1) answered on the second ring, (2) were extremely courteous, (3) and responded immediately! John went out on the eve of a holiday and fixed the problem professionally and quickly -- and economically. We are definitely going to use them again!

John came out to look at a leak I had where the main water line comes in the house. He determined that the leak was coming from outside the house. Was told they had to dig about 3 feet on the outside of the house to repair the line coming in the house. John started digging the hole and after about 45 mins I was told that there was a big rock and he would have to get someone out there to help him. Being it was Friday afternoon, he told me he would come back first thing Saturday morning to finish the job. I was not happy as we had to turn the water off at the street to keep it from leaking into the basement. We could only turn it one temporarily as needed. Come Saturday morning, no one showed up. I waited until noon and tried calling John. No answer. I tried calling the main office. No answer. No one ever showed up and no one ever returned my phone call. We were left hanging on a holiday weekend with a big leak after we were promised they would fix it. Very, very unprofessional. We got another company to come fix it and they dug the hole, fixed the leak and returned everything back to normal in 90 minutes. There was no big rock in the way. So not only did Roswell Woodstock Plumbing not repair the leak, not show up when we were promised, not call us or return our calls, they also lied to us. We will never ever use this company again.

He was so good. I called and he said he would be out in 45 minutes, and he was. I had to go out, but my husband was here. My husband said that he was perfectly professional and very nice. It the ad it says that he is an Angie's List Super Service Award Winner. I could not disagree. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

From quote to service call, Roswell/Woodstock Plumbing were on top of their game and made my husband and I feel at ease about fixing our water leak.

I contacted Woodstock Plumbing and they answered their phone at 8 in the morning. John was then dispatched to our place in less than an hour to fix the leak and squeal. It took about 30 mins to fix the issues and he was a true gentleman. Then when the hook up to the washing machine leaked, I called Woodstock Plumbing again and asked specifically for John. He was here within the hour and called when he was on his way. Again, he fixed the leak and recommended what we can do to prevent the issue from happening again. He was honest, quick and efficient.

It's important to note, this was my very first Angie's List call, and I was a bit skeptical to say the least. I read some of the Roswell Woodstock Plumbing Co's reviews, and decided to give them a try. Despite it being a Saturday morning, I got an answer on only the second ring. She told me when a plumber could make it out (within just a few hours), and that he would call me when he was on the way. Additionally, she provided a preliminary estimate before we ended the initial call and encouraged me to use an Angie's List coupon to save a few dollars. I hadn't even told her that's how I found them. After John arrived, he immediately got to work. He allowed me to watch closely and gave me some great education during each step of the repairs. In the end, we were wrapped up in no more than 45 minutes, and I was back to enjoying the weekend. I couldn't have been more impressed. John's customer service skills were strong and his plumbing skills superb. I will gladly refer Roswell Woodstock Plumbing Co with enthusiasm to plenty of my 3500 + neighbors in our subdivision.

They had John quickly respond to my situation. He came out, dug up the pipe, and assessed that he needed a non- standard fitting to replace the one the irrigation contractor installed last year. Well, of couse the big box improvement stores don't carry that kind of irrigation parts, so he re-configured the connection to make a stronger and permanent fix. I hated to call someone out on a Sunday morning, but I could not wait until Monday. Thanks to Roswell Plumbing for their great service.

I called at 7:30 am and by 10:30 the job was done and done well. Professional, courteous , fast, and quality job. All the plumber had to do was glue a small 2" PVC pipe in the ejector pump out valve, feed it through the cover, attach the back-flow valve with compression fittings, glue that to the 2" stack out pipe and put the lid on so I thought surely the $175 would cover that cost but the total bill was $850 less $20 for the coupon from Angies List.....$830 I anticipated the total bill to be around $550 -$600 max. I had removed the old pump and I had purchased new nuts and washer for the pump cover. I saw a great back-flow preventer valve at Home Depot for $32, but opted to let the plumbing company replace it instead. Guess which one was installed----yep the same one I saw at Home Depot. I thought if the pump cost $380, how could they possibly justify another $470 for labor for less than 1/2 hr on the job. Now again, quality job, quality pump, professional and courteous employee but the price was outrageous to me.

They were wonderful, courteous and professional. They were very timely. They were very prompt and they did everything that they could help me. I would use them again.

They came on the same day and did a good job. It seemed to go well. I spent about $1300 for the hot water heater.

I suspected we had a plumbing leak upstairs. I called and got an appointment right away. The workman was prompt and friendly and appeared to know what he was doing. The problem was that I didn't ask, and wasn't told that they charge $175 to just come out and look at the problem. That is their basic service call fee for coming out and diagnosing the problem! I was told that there wasn't any problem - we had stains from previous owner's leaks. It took the guy maybe 30 minutes. He didn't have to drill any holes or anything. I appreciate his integrity in not fabricating a problem but $175 seems pretty high. I complained to the owner and after some explination about the costs of doing business he agreed to drop the price to $125.

I can fault the compay at all, calld them at 10: AM, the job was finished at noon!

He was very pleasant and professional. I spent $350 on that work. I would use them in the future. He understood all the issues that we had and he corrected them.

I haven't had a better service experience from any company in recent memory. I called the main number and Chris from Roswell Woodstock Plumbing answered. I described the problem, and he said he was actually quite close and would stop by. Less than 30 minutes later, he arrived, took a look at the leak, and decided the best action would be to replace the pipe that had the leaking joint. He didn't want to walk through the house and get dirt on the floors, so he walked all the way around the back of the house with his tools/supplies. I really appreciated the care he took. After draining the hot water heater, he set to work replacing the pipe with the faulty joint. In a little less than an hour, he had the pipe removed, a new pipe, elbow and 2 couplers installed, sweat-ed and the water back on. After the job was finished, Chris even took a quick look at a faucet I had previously had some trouble with and gave me some pointers/tips about my hot water recirculation system. I don't mind doing work on my own home, but I really don't like to mess around with the water if I can help it. Chris was careful, efficient, and more helpful than most service providers I've worked with in the past. I highly recommend Roswell Woodstock Plumbing, and I'll be calling them back when I need to finish my basement.

John and Mat came on time, dealt quickly, efficiently and neatly with what I believe is unusual equipment in this area. And they stuck to the price negotiated in advance which I felt was very reasonable. The pump works great- no runs no drips no errors.

Called to explain the problem. We had a leak on a valve of the whirlpool tub. Over the phone, he explained how to fix the problem. Said he'd be happy to come out, but it wasn't worth our money when the fix was so easy. I followed his instructions and within 2 minutes -- no leak.

We had been having a slow leak from out water heater for a long time (bad idea, I know), when it suddenly became a fast leak two or three nights ago. We called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing the next morning, explained the problem, and were told that we had been put on the list and that the plumber would call us as soon as he knew when we would arrive. He called about 3 hours later, and arrived in about 4 hours from the initial call, which I thought was really great. He agreed with me that the damage was probably caused by too much pressure coming down the line from the county, and quoted about $275 to replace the pressure regulator and the valve that appeared to be leaking. He drained the heater before working, kept all the excess water out of my house, and was very careful to minimize the risk of damage to my computers and other equipment in the downstairs office where he was working. After finishing up, he checked the leak, and discovered that while the valve he had replaced had indeed stopped leaking, there was an additional leak from a tiny crack in the tank itself. He quoted the replacement water heater at $865, and gave us a slight discount since we had already replaced the overflow valve by that time. He arranged to come out the next day at 10:30 AM to replace the heater. He arrived exactly on-the-dot when he was supposed to, and started working outside on the driveway unpacking parts and materials when it turned out I was about 7 minutes late. He had a team member with him the second day to help him lift and carry. They were both excellent in cramped quarters, and did a great job installing the new unit, which doesn't leak and is providing great service. They even remembered to remind me to let the air out of the pipes before they left, and they took all their trash and the old water heater with them. It's always refreshing to have a pleasant experience at the moment when life has handed you a stressful situation. Thanks!

We are pleased with their service. They paid us an emergency visit during the weekend. We recommend them highly and we will definitely use them again in the future.
