Description of Work: Called and talked nto the owner and he never called or showed up to give the estimate!

Description of Work: We closed on our home at the end of October, two days before Thanksgiving we had a sewage backup in our basement. We found out that we had a "belly" in our sewer line under the slab in our basement. We got three estimates with Roswell Woodstock Plumbing having the best price based on the scope of work. The job entailed saw cutting the slab to access the portion of sewer line that had the belly then removing the section of pipe and replacing it with straight pipe with support underneath to prevent future sagging of the pipe. The final phase of the repair entailed pouring concrete and floating it to fix the slab.All aspects of the job were completed in a professional manor and we are happy with the results so far. My only issue with the plumber was the lack of containment of the concrete dust while cutting, he did not seal off the room to prevent the dust from spreading throughout the home. The plumber did advise us that there would be a lot of dust generated by the cutting and the plumber did attempt to clean up the dust but since we were still having additional work done due to the flood we were willing to overlook the dust and clean it once all construction was done.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater, took away old one. Installer, John Freddick did an excellent job and I would request him on my next plumbing need.

Description of Work: We had several small plumbing jobs such as two leaking showers where seats needed to be replaced, a running toilet where the flapper needed to be adjusted, an HVAC pipe needed repair, and the laurdry room faucet needed to be replaced. John did an excellent job with the work. He was very professional, fast and efficent, explained everything very well, and he also gave alternatives and cleaned up. We will definately use their services again.

Description of Work: When I called Chris and told him that my washing machine was half-full of water, he never once told it could be a clogged drain. The guys came out and looked at it and told me, than, that they don't work on appliances. They were here for 15 min. and didn't want to charge me a thing. I called Chris and told him that at no time did he mentioned that they don't work on appliances, and no "drain" was ever mentioned to me. He charged me $150.00.! He was yelling at me. He charges $165.00 during the week and I don't thing $15.00 off is reasonable for misleading me. I told him it was also a moral thing to do. He was rude and misleading. I said that I would call the BBB and he said that he would tell them the truth (He had a comeback for everything.) So, he called me a liar and just finally had to hang-up the phone. NEVER again. I'm not sure that Angie's List is that reliable a source for me.

Description of Work: Professional repaired water pipe break near foundation in one hour. Old repair job was slip-shod. Roswell Plumbing put in flexible piping arrangement to prevent future pipe stressing that caused failure.

Description of Work: We had an emergency leak in our toilet bowl line and the plumber immediately came out and patched it up. He spent about 45 minutes total on the job.

Description of Work: The plumber fixed a leaky pipe under our sink that was dripping down onto the floor board by replacing the elbow.

Description of Work: I had a garbage disposal installed. They also checked my hot water heater and a clogged pipe.

Description of Work: I had a pipe break behind a wall of sheetrock. He located the leak, cut the sheetrock, cut out the portion of the split pipe and replaced it. He was there for about 20 minutes.

Description of Work: IT WAS INSTALLING PLUMBING FOR A RENOVATION PROJECT. THEY WERE PUTTING IN PLUMBING FOR TWO AND HALF BATHROOMS AND A KITCHEN.
