It didn't go anywhere since Josh never sent me a service and pricing proposal.

This has been a great experience thus far! I spoke with Josh over the phone. He was in the area, so he drove by and called me with an estimate the same day. I thought the price was fair. He gave me some references, and we set a date to do the work. I called the references and the clients were very pleased with the work he had done for them. He said he would be at my property around 8 am, and would be finished by noon. I arrived around 11am, and he and his crew were almost done. Even though it will be a couple of weeks before the grass starts to grow, the site looked good. It was a small job, but I could tell they still paid attention to detail. The sidewalk and driveway were cleaned- no grass, weeds or dirt left from the job. Since he has several clients in the area, he offered to stop by and water until the seeds sprout! That is an incredible help to me because I live in Marietta, and the property is located in the city of Atlanta. I was not confident the college students renting the house would remember to do it. I have a drainage issue in the backyard, and I asked for his advice. He came up with a great solution that will not be as costly as what other landscapers have suggested. He said he will email the proposal. I'm very excited about this proposal because I have been wanting to address the unsightly backyard, but the drainage issue has gotten in the way. Now I feel confident in fencing the yard and having Red Oak Landscape resolve the drainage issue and redo the entire backyard lawnscape!
