Primo Plumbing

Had been emailing Primo Plumbing and we set up a time for noon on may 12 to look at a commercial property I own that may have had a waterline leaking issue. I mentioned I was looking for a new lumber to handle my six commercial buildings which would have been substantial business for any company. I emailed Primo Plumbing in the morning asking owner to contact me if he could not make it. i live over an hour away and did not want to be driving that far and waste my time for nothing.. Plumber never replied back so i drove out for forr appointment. Unfortunately primo Plumbing never showed up. When i called the owner he seemed confused then said he forgot then said he thought he emailed me that he could not make it. he never apologized but said he would call me later to rearrange a time since the leak was causing a substantial increase in my water bill. Two days later and still haven't heard back from Primo Plumbing. I cant speak for he quality of their work, but i can speak for the lack of reliability and professionalism which was horrible. Won't ever be calling this company again.

It was just fine. They did a good and prompt service. Their price was fair. It was good.

Showed up when agreed. Inspected problem toilet. Offered 3 options of varying price to resolve problem. Discussed the pros and cons of each option, technical and cost (long and short term). When I made my decision he made very sure that i understood what I was getting into in both time and cost. He then performed the work quickly and professionally. He was also very patient with my watching what he was doing and answering my questions.

This is the second time I have used this plumber and they are very good and professional. He gets right in and solves the problem and does not waste time. I highly recommend this company, and the owner Steven Semmelink.

Primo Plumbing isn't the biggest company I contacted for a plumbing quote, and thank goodness, because the attention we received from this small company was amazing! Not only was Primo's quote the lowest of three, all communication was done with the owner of the company, Steven, who oversaw and completed all the work himself! Steven was prompt for our first appointment and gave me a detailed, itemized quote that included all the materials to be used and how the job was to be completed. The utility locate was completed the next day and then work began. The water line replacement took less than a full day to complete and the yard was left in good shape, with very minimal wear to the grass. The job inside the house was scheduled for a different day and took just a couple of hours. While working inside the house, Steven let my eleven year old daughter watch him solder (safely from a distance, of course) and charmed her such that she invited him to dinner! Steven's communication with me was via email, text and phone. In all cases, he was warm and enthusiastic. He was honest about how long the work would take both inside and outside the home. Although Primo prefers checks, they accepted my credit card with a small additional service fee (and they were STILL the lowest quote even with this extra). Forget the huge, impersonal plumbing outfits. We plan on using Primo Plumbing for all our future plumbing work!
