+ -1 moreI am on a yearly contract with them; they are conscientious about using non-poisonous, non-toxic, environmentally concerned things. They don't just dump killer stuff all over. They are good about giving me a price and keeping it within reason. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Permanent Solution for exterior pest control using little bombs around my yard.

+ -1 moreWe have used Permanent Solutions thru the years to keep roaches and ants out of our home without sprayng toxic chemicals all over the place.Jody's company is the best. We recommend him to everybody!
Description of Work: Permanent Solutions evaluated a red ant infestation around the condo pool and clubhouse area. Then Jody, the owner/technician, explained what needed to be done and why. Then Jody set up bait for the ants to carry to the queen ant's nest. A few days later, it appears that all the ants are disappearing.

+ -1 moreI like Jody and I know him from before and believe that he is honest and thorough. He is also very conscientious about the kind of chemicals he uses around his house. He is also very conscientious about explaining the chemicals that he is using and where and how he is using them and he is pet safe. He is very conscientious about coming through the house and if someone is asleep, he will tip toe through the place and anywhere that is needed and get the job done. I trust him a lot and think that he is priced really. He also does communities and I usually try to coordinate things so that he does not have to drive too much. I think the price we used to pay was about $70 a visit.
Description of Work: We used Permanent Solution about a month for pest control.

+ -1 moreJody is a friendly, professional licensed exterminator. He's very thorough. He uses pet-safe products and child safe products and doesn't miss any spots. He gets the job done. There is nothing worse then those Palmetto bugs.
Description of Work: We called to have our condo treated to get rid of a pesky ant problem when we first moved into it. We called recently for an annual (or semi annual) treatment to get rid of roaches, which comes when it gets cold.
