I made a list of all the blemishes in the drywall that needed attention and Bert managed to find several others I didn't even notice. There were also a number of repairs we discovered after the initial estimate which Bert was very fair with pricing those as add-ons. Bert answered all of my questions and even offered advice on several other issues. Very knowledgeable guy.

They were really fast. It only took three days for the whole thing. Most of the work was done in the first day and a half. Then they came back to sand and finish it off. We did the painting. They used a subcontractor to hang a raised ceiling so we could have the ceiling dry walled. Those guys were done in a day. My only complaint was that they cut the outlet holes a hair too big.

He called me back promptly. He arrived on time. He did the work well and cleaned up after he was done. He gave me some great guidance on how to solve another issue in the garage that I could do by myself. Great experience.

Very good work - Bert even smoothed and prepped some rough spots that the original painters had left. Bert also gave us a reference for and estimate from a painter he has worked with. They coordinated their schedules so that the drywall would be completed on a Tuesday and the painting completed Wednesday.

Al of the work was performed in an expert manner. Bert of Patchmaster has 21 years of experience and it shows. He matched the popcorn exactly; I am amazed at how well the repaired area blends into the rest of the ceiling. They broom swept my hardwood floors and vacuumed the carpet when they were finished. I will use Patchmaster again. Professional work at a fair price.

Arrived a little late, but did call in advance to let me know his previous engagement was running over slightly and about how long he'd be. He was very professional and methodical in his work, and took the time to explain to me what he would be doing. He did a wonderful job patching the holes and left the various rooms nice and clean. I would definitely recommend his services and will use him again in the future.

Called twice and got response on second call and they came out the same day. It took Bert about 45 minutes to complete the job and it looks fantastic! Everything was neatly cleaned up before they left as well. I would definitely recommend this company if any drywall work is needed. The price was also reasonable for the quality of work done.

My initial phone call was returned promptly. Since it was a straightforward repair, I was given an estimate over the phone. They offered to move everything away from the walls to be repaired. They showed up within 15 minutes of the promised time. They were neat and very nice, and did an excellent job at creating smooth seams. I did do a little more sanding myself because there were a few rough spots and I'm a perfectionist. I imagine for an interior wall, their finish sanding would have been more precise. Overall, I was very pleased.

Patchmaster's showed up promptly and did a beautiful job with all the repairs. The ceiling matched so closely that you cannot tell the new section from the original ceiling. The crew was friendly and professional. They put up plastic to protected the rest of the house while they sprayed and did a thorough clean-up job. Definitely a company I recommend.

I called him and he responded immediately the same day. I don t remember, but I think he came out to do the job the next day. He was very responsive, nice, and did good work. The price was really good. In fact, I am going to use him again. He is great and his wife is wonderful.

They called to let us know he was running a few minutes late (very nice!). They did an excellent job matching the ceiling and was very pleasant and thorough.

The service went extremely smoothly! When I first called, Lonna took down my information and what I needed done, and she called back a couple of hours later with an estimate. Once I agreed to the estimate, she scheduled the appointment for a couple of days later. Bert and Andy showed up ahead of schedule on the date of the appointment, after calling to make sure I'd be there, and diligently performed their work in just a few hours. Even with the necessary noise that attended the repair work, I was able to continue working in my home office while they completed the repairs. The workmanship appears to be first-rate. I'd definitely call on them again if I needed drywall work in the future.

Very prompt and responsive. I was given an estimate to only do the drywall work, though. I was told that I would need to have someone else finish the baseboards and quarter round. I appreciate the honesty, but that determined that I needed to find someone else to do the job.

Slow to return calls. Did not show up at scheduled time to provide an estimate for repairs. Called several hours later to reschedule. By that time, we decided to go with someone else due to poor communication.

I contacted three other drywall companies on Angie's List to get an estimate, but none of them even returned my calls.

He was able to get to us the day after I called him. He showed up on time, and was very professional. All work was completed that day, and it looks great. I would use him again in a minute.
