NEW IMAGE SPAS

Horrible. Laura came to our home twice, both times smelling of alcohol. The second time she was wobbly on her feet. She took payment for the heater she had to order as well as fee for service call. We later looked on the internet and realized she was charging us $375 for a part we could get ourselves (exact serial number) for $99. She showed up to install the heater, but we never saw her unload the new part, she disappeared without installing anything. When we called her, she said she didn't get the "O" rings with the heater and was waiting on that. She did not return. We called her several times and she gave us her word that she would be there the next day. She never showed up. We called again and she said she was on the way and would be there in a few minutes. She never showed up. She had also taken the supposedly bad heater from our hot-tub and had that with her. We have no heater, are out $400 and can't get her to return our calls. She now has a recording on her phone that says voice mail is full and can't take any message. My message is that you should NOT use her under ANY circumstance!!

She has been taking care of my tub for many years now. Whenever I need something done, I know I can call her. She will get back to me in a responsible time. She knows what she is doing and is not afraid to get right in there and do the work that is needed.

I called New Image but had to get my husband on the phone for information on the make and model of our spa so they could bring out the correct replacement parts. However, once they drained and cleaned the spa I was informed that the filters were not the correct size and they would have to bring them out the following week. I paid with a check (big mistake in my opinion.) When they were finished they spa cover was filthy, a Coke can was left behind as was a garbage bag with the old filters in it. Several jets were also inoperable. Now, the cover will not close properly and they screwed in several loose panels, when I requested they only use glue. When they didn't return as promised, my husband only got a response by blocking our number when calling. After several calls, they returned, installed the correct filters (which dirtied the spa water) and once again left the removed filters next to the spa (althought we had complained about the mess they left the first time.)
