John was ready to handle the job the next day of the call. He was knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, efficient and addressed all of our concerns about safety, health issues, etc. He did screening replacement making our attic gables rodent proof, clean up, sanitized the area and gave us a one year warranty free of charge for any further return or repairs. He agreed to honor transfer to new owners of our home as well. His price was the lowest of others wildlife removal companies for our type of problem of removing one bat at the attic gables.
