Excellent!! John showed up exactly on time and quickly came up with a very cost-effective solution for birds that had entered an exterior opening to a bathroom fan vent. The situation was tricky as the vent's duct ran underneath an upstairs floor rather than the attic. I have no doubt less scrupulous companies would have charged me a fortune and torn out the sheet rock, etc. John was very professional and very knowledgeable due to 20 years experience in this line of work. We hired him to come back this same week and relocate some bats that have taken up residence on our front porch. I can't say enough good things about this company. We highly recommend!

John S. He was the exclusionist; he went up into my attic, inspected it and found no bats. He proceeded to put up preventive measures to make sure they did not return. In short he bat proof my attic and did a good job. I would refer him to anyone who had bats in their home or attic. Very knowledgeable.
