About us

We are a small family owned company that takes pride in providing each customer with the most affordable and honest recommendation for their unique service needs. The owner of the company, Vito, has the technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot even the most challenging of repairs. We take pride in excellent customer referrals and have worked hard over the past 12 years to build an outstanding reputation the heating and air conditioning field. All of our work is guaranteed. We are fully insured and licensed with the state of GA (CN-208658) and Cherokee County (70956). We charge $79.95 for each service call. Any repairs are discussed in detail with the customer before completed. There are no extra fees - we provide a complete estimate on any repair that includes the cost of the repair/install from start to finish. We also provide Annual Planned Maintenance Agreements which provide 2 maintenances per year at a discounted rate and discounts on all repairs. They were referred to use from a handyman. We received numerous estimates to replace the HVAC equipment on a home we bought so we met with different contractors and we really liked Vido and so we just had him come out and replace the units for the home and we were quite pleased with the equipment, service and knowledge so everything has been good.
Description of Work: We use Mercury Control Heating & Air fir heating and A/C. They had to replace a pump maybe that was tied to one of our furnaces.

My husband and I had successfully installed the nest on our first floor in our new home, but some how messed up on the second floor. I called Mercury Control Heating and Air and they knew exactly what had happened, even walked us through what we needed to do on our own, but given we messed it up once, we were wiling to pay a reasonable fee for a professional to fix it. They came down on the same day, were very kind, professional and knowledgeable - would highly recommend! :o)

AWESOME! Got quotes by the "big" Heating and Air (and Plumbing and Electric...) companies. Most of them over-promise and under-deliver. I'm tired of the old game where you pay for an annual maintenance plan to get "VIP" treatment when you have a problem, and then they are like dealing with the cable company when you need help!! I'm using smaller entrepreneur owned small companies now. Much more transparent, value-oriented, and easy to deal with. Mercury won the job. Vito and Harry were great! High quality Made in the USA equipment with 10-year warranty. Price 2/3 of the big companies. Honest advice on what to get and what's hype. Did a big install in 4 hours and the work looks and performs great! Very workmanlike-- all cables, wires, seams, and joints look tidy and professional. Installed Nest wifi smart thermostats on all my systems. Cleaned up and ensured that all of my systems were fully tested and operational before they left. I would enthusiastically refer to them.
