+ -1 moreThe cleaning person, as mentioned above, had to leave early the first day and was late the second day. The cleaning was only mediocre at best. the real problem occurred when $2,000 in cash was removed from a desk in a room she was not to have entered. However, it has been documented she was in that room. The owner of the firm did not offer any settlement. When reported to the police, the cleaning lady was able to convince Barney Fife that she did not do it. Since that time I have confirmed she made a car payment with cash that just so happened to match the denominations taken. All of this is heresay in terms of legal grounds but there is no other explanation for the removal of the money. even if this theft did not happen, the quality of work was not up to a standard that I would reommend these services to anyone.
Description of Work: They were to provide cleaning services on approximately 5 rooms in my home. The cleaning person assigned had to leave early the first day and was late the second day.

Description of Work: Maid My Day cleans my 2500 square foot home bi weekly including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, kitchen and bath and windows.
