AMAZING!!! They were meticulous, they were amazing to work with. They came in with 4 people and worked throughout the day to paint the entire home interior - was supposed to only be about 5 rooms, but found out original paint color was not correct - they pointed this out and provided several options. They were clean and absolutely wonderful to work with. Will definitely work with again in the future for all painting needs!!!

They were on time with two painters and were able to complete the job within a day. They also were able to hang my chair rail and cut to size for my powder room as well as clean up my trim in my master where I had painted. My only complaint is there were several minor spots to clean up (the door of my powder room had paint drips on it for example) but nothing too major. Their quote to complete this service was excellent and I'll plan to re-use them in the future.

They did an amazing job. I did not expect it but they made sure that all the holes from nails on the wall were covered up completely. I was extremely impressed with the job they did. Was happy that they too their time.

Overall, I would give them a B++ on quality of painting but likely will not use them again. Initial responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. Painters showed up on time and were pleasant and relatively easy to deal with. Language a little bit of an issue. Definitely a couple minor things missed due to translation issues. Frustration was that there was no follow up from management, despite twice me saying -- hey, I had a couple of concerns but no one in the office seems to care to ask me what those are. Got the: "we are so sorry. normally we follow up promptly." but never got "Oh, we are sorry, please share with me your questions or concerns." And what's important to note is that I spent 66% more with them over and above my initial Angie's List purchase--with no questions asked--for additional time and materials. They were quick to send me the invoice for the additional services --which was initially incorrect and not corrected until I mentioned it--and quick to call me to say "where is payment?", but not quick to ask even once -- "how did it go? or were you pleased?" Unfortunate for them because all I wanted was to discuss the three or four minor issues that I wanted them to address when they came back out as I had hoped to contract them for another much larger project of additional interior and exterior painting. Perhaps they have gotten so much work from their Angie's list special that they don't need repeat customers or word of mouth referrals. May seem a little petty, but I have reached a point as a consumer that I just demand professionalism and respect from A to Z. We spend a lot of money with service providers and it's time to expect a lot in return.

I used a 1/2-day special, but had no idea how long the job would actually take (although I thought it would be more than a half day). The company gave me the discounted hourly rate for the entire job, saving me several hundred dollars. The workmanship was very good. I would use JMR Painting again, and would recommend them to others.

They did a good job. I have no complaints about them. They charged me for coming back. They saw that there were two crack on the popcorn, and the painter also knew that. He said they would put a sealing on it, but I don't think they did. He came back and looked at it and said that two pieces came off in the living room and the bedroom, and they would have to come back and fix it, then they charged me. I didn't understand why they charged me when they knew about it. They need to be more accurate with what they are doing, because even when they came and they had to go back and forth getting material that they didn't have. We are talking about a painting company, and they should have the paint. They ran out of paint. They had told me what to buy and how many, and all of a sudden they ran out. They should have known. They were pretty quick with the response through text, calling and email. They showed up on time. I had 8 hour painting and they were there for 12 hours. They stayed here until they finished.

After purchasing deal, I made an appointment for 2 painters to come between 8&9 on March 9th to paint a hallway, a living room and a dining room at a ranch home (approximate feet of painting area 700 ft). I was coming from out of state to fix up my house to get ready for selling. I had other contractor there to do other jobs. The painter arrived around 9:30 A.M, I got a phone call around 9:45 that they had arrived and were given instruction to paint a small bathroom by the lead contractor but I correct that and gave instruction to paint hallway, dining room and living room which was an open floor plan (which he later denied those claim and stated that he specifically told the men not to paint the bathroom because they were assigned to do it and followed up with his boss). I got to the house 10 minutes later and I saw them laying down plastic and taking off light fixtures. I reiterated what to pay and I was in and out of the house all day taken care of other matters. I was surprised when I got back around 1:30 P.M that they were there and had not finished. I noticed one painter painting while the other was having a conversation. They did not mention anything about they time and since honestly they were going so slow and it was a small space, I assumed they would finish the job. when I came back home around 2:30 P.M, they were still there and he stated that it would take 2 more hours and that it would cost additional and I had to call the office. I called the office and explain the situation that I t would require a second coat (original color was light tan and new color was gray). After being told that I would be billed additional hours beyond the 3.5 hours and 2 more hours, I told the representative that they could leave given the fact it was a small space and the painting was not even done. After they left, I look over the painting areas and I notice that they were issues in a couple of areas, smears, mis areas of painting and I noticed that the door in the hallway was painted gray and the trims had gray paint on them. The next day, my wife and son finish the painting. I called the company to talk about the door and trim and they stated that they did not paint them. No other person or contractor had painted the hallway and it was not an alien. On top of that they billed me for $125.00. Two guys, 3.5 hours and three rooms, really. If they are not going to honor the work, why promote yourself on that platform.

JMR provided top quality customer service. Upon the purchase of my Angieslist deal, the vendor contacted me the very same day to assist me in the scheduling of the work. I requested a walk through, which they happily provided at no additional charge. They provided a list of all of the required items for the job - provided paint (primer, ceiling and wall paints, only). On March 8th the two contractors showed up on time, completed a walk through of the work to be performed and completed every item to satisfaction. I had to attend a mid-morning meeting at work but felt very comfortable leaving them alone, which I did for more than six hours. When I arrived home, not only was I impressed with the impeccable job performed but Herbert took the liberty to fix my front door, which I have been slamming shut for about two months now....lol. After working his magic, no more slamming. AMAZING!!! I have a ton more projects that I plan to utilize JMR for, such as a full paint job of my fairly large family room, my upstairs hall, master bedroom and bathroom. I expect these projects to begin in early April. Thanks JMR! You really knocked the ball out of the park. I'm very pleased and look forward to working with you in the very near future. Exelent. no complaints, great workers, great attitude.

They were polite, showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. The only complaint I would have is the way they painted the wall at the top where it meets the ceiling. You can see brush marks whereas the rest of the wall is done with a textured sponge.

Castro and Jose were excellent. My interior consists of multiple walls of drywall and concrete. There were multiple places that needed patching and it was done beautifully. They did an excellent job on the walls and ceiling. Rather than moving everything outside, I had pushed it to the middle of the garage which they were able to work around. They were professional, courteous and very responsive to my questions and requests. Castro even cleaned the floors when finished. Above and beyond. You know how you worry anytime you're choosing a provider to do work? Are they good? Is it cost effective? Are they flexible enough to do the job? Am I asking to have too much done? I made a great choice! JMR was wonderful. I had to reschedule due to a family issue and they did it without any question or penalty. They were so nice. And Castro and Jose were model employees that did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

They used tape in the bathroom, which was only having the ceiling. In removing the tape and it also took paint off the wall. They didn't tell me about it. I had touch up paint, which I had to do myself. While they cover the floors with plastic, it took two hours to remove all of paint specs on my floors. In addition, I touched up their painting. I was not satisfied with the quality of their work. I am planning to have painting done soon, but I would not hire this company.

Crew was professional and did an excellent job

It went well. They came when the big snow came in and they had to leave. They came back on the following Tuesday.

Promptly arrived, completed on time. Cleaned up after the were finished. Very courteous and professionals.

Although the team was late they did a fantastic job. I would hire again in a second. Very responsive via Angies List and always answered the phone.

They were pretty competitive in terms of prices.The workers were very nice. They agreed to stay later so that they could finish up the work. The crew that came in on the first day were good but the crew that came in on the second day were not as good. The first crew laid down plastic so there wasn't much paint on the floor. The second crew didn't lay down plastic so we had a lot of cleaning up to do. They were responsive and punctual.

They were careful to confirm what I wanted done, cleaned up well, and did a good job. I called them for additional interior painting and received another special offer. Quick, responsive, and professional.

This was a $399 big deal purchase. The price was excellent; it was a good deal. I hired the two of them just for the day, 8 hours. There was enough painting to be done that I could have used them for a little bit longer, Rather than have them do the detail that I would love to have seen we were running out of time because I wanted to see everything covered. So I told them to rush to get things done and I told them to only put one coat on. It was at my direction so instead of cutting and edging as professionally as they wanted to do it would have entailed an additional charge. They were moving at a reasonable pace.

I needed some walls and ceilings painted on the interior and they completed the job in two days ... the colors I chose were dark colors and they did such a neat job . There were no paint drips anywhere ... they protected all surfaces and even protected their shoes before they stepped into my home ... they were courteous and polite... they finished the interiors on time and went on to do the outside deck staining ... they did a very neat job on that too . I was very happy with the work and will use them for all my future painting needs.

I've always done my own painting, but Angie's List had a good deal so I decided to give it a shot. I doubt i'll ever do my own painting again. They were so fast and efficient. Where it takes me a couple days to paint a room (I have 18 foot ceilings) It took them a morning. They were clean and professional. I've got a couple more rooms that need done and i plan on using this company again.

First day 3 painters came. They worked hard but it was so cold the paint would not adhere or dry. 2nd day two painters came right on time. Gustavo and Erik. It was so cold, but these gentleman worked hard. They finished right on time, and made our deck and front porch look new again.
