They came out and took three hours to conduct an estimate for painting saying they would follow up the following Friday with the numbers. They never responded. I reached the manager of the office and was told they wanted to pick the rooms to focus on. I told them I prefer to have the work done to my specifications. Their estimate was $2600 to do the work their way. I ended up using another company for $800. I also didn't appreciate that they had already taken me off their schedule as if they didn't want to do the job unless it was done their way. I won't be calling those folks, again.

The office worked with our busy schedules to get us a quote and were able to get the job started right away. The crew was friendly, courteous, and hard working! They did an excellent job painting the bookcases, and their job has made a huge difference in our home. We love it! We will definitely use JMR painting again!

Went very well. Work done great and completed on time and on budget. Crew was very courteous and went out of their way to fix all minor details requested by me.

I wasn't actually there when they painted. I wish I would've been there to get a better handle. They did a good job on the rooms they painted. I had them do extra rooms so it was over the Big Deal amount. They were very slow painters, but they did a good job. I would use them again.

It went well! The job is fantastic, and they did it in two days.

This was not too bad. It was done while we were away from home and a family member here trying to supervise it. I have some paint on some ceilings and things like that and I wasn’t aware until we returned a couple of weeks later. Other than that everything seemed fine. They had been out to look at it and they told me they could accomplish it within that time frame. We talked about it before hand and then I went ahead and purchased it online. If they had looked at it, I had paint in my ceiling, door outline thing; I could walk in the room and spot it. It was slices of paint, they should have seen that and took it off with a wet rag immediately. They have always been responsive and called us back.

Excellent. They were unbelievable, incredibly great service with a reasonable price. I was impressed at their promptness, professionalism and politeness. A great company that provided an excellent service. I would definitely use them again.

The guys were nice and quick and were able to paint more than what we anticipated.

i was pleased with the service and the cost. They did the following: 1. Painted two-story walls and ceilings in family room and front entry hall. 2. Painted walls and ceilings in rear stairway 3. Painted all trim. Trim was previously painted with oil-based paint. I requested water-based. Making this change also required putting on a coat of oil-based primer. 4. Changed color of accent wall, which has a fireplace with stacked stone to the ceiling. "Cutting in" around the stone to change the color was not a trivial job. Because I took advantage of an off-season special with discounted labor, they asked me to buy the paint based on what their estimator thought they would use. He was way off - i wound up with about 7 gallons of extra paint. This wasn't a complete disaster, as they supplied their account number so I could buy the paint with their discount, and because I had some other areas that I wanted to paint myself, and was able to use up some of the extra. The company sent 5 painters the first day. The estimator had said they would be done in one day. The painters said he underestimated the amount of work. They came back the next day for 6 hours, this time with a crew of 4. Positives - everyone was really pleasant and courteous. The crew arrived on the time and date promised. They took all necessary steps to ensure the floors were properly covered. They did a great job with the painting, and were careful when painting the windows to remove paint from the glass. They also didn't "paint the windows shut", an issue I've had with other painters. Although the job required more painters and more time than estimated, we were able to work out the pricing so I didn't wind up paying for the overage. The only negatives, and my reason for a 'B' rating rather than 'A' is the amount of the over-estimate on the paint, and that the crew foreman (not the estimator) caught the fact that my trim was oil-based, necessitating a last-minute trip back to the paint store to get the primer. I also had some difficulty communicating with the foreman on the work crew. I think in the end we understood each other on everything that mattered, but it took some effort. Approximate cost of $1100 was for the labor only.

Excellent work and meticulous preparation,covering all floors and furnishings. When they left, you could not tell anyone had been working in the house. Would definitely use again.

Very well, the estimator came out and I showed him what needed painted. The estimator was also full of great information, we talked shop a little bit. They definitely have their preference on the paint brand, their brand was able to perfectly match the big orange box brand color perfectly. My estimate took needed a little correction, it seems someone wasn't paying full attention to the office. Not a big deal, but it did take a couple of rounds to get it right. I thought the estimate was a little high, but we negotiated price we could agree on. They showed up early in the morning and got right after it.; all the furniture and flooring was covered well and the walls were well prepped. The paint job is absolutely fabulous. There are no poor cuts-ins, The thermostats had a little paint on them i easily scraped off with my fingernail. they'll come back within a certain amount of time to touch-up if it was needed, but I haven't found any thing. My only minor griped was not asking to use my hose and water to wash out their paint equipment in the yard, it's just a nicety I appreciate. Overall, I'll absolutely use this company again!

JMR was one of the more professional service providers I have dealt with. They were responsive when communicating, punctual and actually did what they said they would do. I would use them again in a minute!

They were very professional and the job they did is excellent. They arrived when expected and clean up extremely well when they were finished. I would definitely hire them again.

That was good the only problem was they didn't finish what we wanted done and so they couldn't come back because it was Angies deal they said and they could only give us the one day so we had to have someone else come back in and finish up that work but they were very good when they were here there were two young guys that came they were very nice very thorough you know just maybe it was just too big of a job for the one day of painting. They thought they were able to come back they were planning on coming back the next day but then they never came and then when I called they said oh you know we told that we couldn't come back because it was and Angies deal we were willing to pay them of course additional you know for another day but they said weren't suppose to do that.

JMR Painting were great to work with from start to finish. Their quote was reasonable and fair, they came for a color consult so I could be sure of my choices, and they finished the job in 1 day. The crew was professional and courteous and took great care of my new floors and furniture. I will use them for more projects soon!

The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. I really liked that they didn't charge me a minimum fee for our project. Instead, they priced each item I wanted to have painted, which is perfect for us. They fully prepped the area before painting, covering all furniture and flooring. They made sure everything looked good before they left. Their work is high-quality, and I will definitely use them again in the future

Not well see photos . They painted over rotten wood on the exterior of our home. It began leaking and now has damaged our hardwood floor. They had to return 3 times to paint a ceiling and I have pictures of one of the bathroom and the poor quality of work. They also painted for my neighbors and it was a mess as well. I think they have one painter on a crew and the others are picked up as day labors outside of some Home Depot. Also plugged a microwave in at my front door and left it sitting all day.

Horrible. First, there were four areas. one bath 5x8 ( no trim, no ceiling), guest room was 11x12 (no trim, no ceiling), master bath (no trim, no ceiling) and the ceiling in the kitchen and living room. Did NOT complete the job in 8 hours. Second, my car jack in the garage was taken, Must hire other painters to complete the job. Lastly, the next morning I noticed that they washed their brushes in my kitchen sink. Took an hour to get the paint out of the sink and backsplash. If you hire this crew, BE HOME TO WATCH YOUR STUFF AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY WORK.

He used the wrong material so he had to re-do it. He used ceiling paint for the wall. At first they charged me for it but they reimbursed me. The project was extended as he had to re-do it.

I couldn't be more pleased with JMR than if it was Christmas! Jorge and his crew were prompt, courteous and very professional. Their work was precise and well done. They were very respectful of my home and it was obvious that they wanted to make sure I was pleased. (And they all had delightful smiles!) I will choose them again when I'm ready to paint again.

I had previously read the reviews for JMR and thought I'd give them a shout to get an estimate. Within 3 days, they were at my home and provided a comprehensive estimate for all the repairs and painting to be done, as well as re glazing the exterior of the windows. I approved the estimate and we were put on the schedule for the time agreed. On the week prior, I had the unfortunate circumstance of my grandmother passing, so I wasn't sure if I'd be back in town for the start of the job. I emailed Aydeen and received a response in less then 24hrs letting me know that my circumstances wouldn't alter the schedule or the timeline. On the 1st day of the job, the workers started promptly and worked through the day in an efficient manner. My home has exterior security cameras so we were able to peek in throughout the day and never caught the workers slacking or goofing off. The work was completed in the time frame that was originally quoted with only a slight delay for some touchup work and alterations to be completed. On that note, when there were alterations and corrections to be made, Aydeen was very prompt with her response and had no issue with sending another guy back out to complete the needed corrections. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Down the line, we plan to repaint the exterior fully and I will definitely be calling JMR to do the job. Also, I've recommended them to friends and family based on the exemplary quality of work that they performed on my property.
