JMR Home Services came out to provide an estimate. Brian was very nice and professional. He also followed up with me after a day or so. Eventually, JMR lowered their estimate to match other estimates I received. We scheduled work to begin, there were two workers who arrived about 10 am. They did a good job covering the floors, etc. They had to fill and sand some areas. They finished the first day around 5:30 and the same for the next day. They completed the work in two days but they did have to come back to fix a portion of the ceiling. I needed it done the very next day and they made sure they were back out to get it corrected. All the ceilings turned out smooth and painted nicely.

we have hired them twice. the first time the service was impeccable and the crew were so fast and professional. the second time we got an entirely different crew and at one point we had 3 people watching one work and it took 5 hours to paint one wall.... the office staff did apologize and were very professional. I would hire again

Juan and Pablo were terrific. They arrived on time and were very conscientious and careful with our furniture. Was truly amazed at their speed and work ethics. Would definitely hire them again.

Very well, they did exactly what was promised. And, provided after the sale follow up service for some minor touch up.

Everything went very smooth, like I said I can't complain about it. Ive had the best service for a real deal. I strongly recommend to work with them.

They were prompt and professional. Did a good job prepping the area to be painted. Paint job was done well. The only negative is they should do a better job with the interior and exterior cleanup after completing the work.

Sadly we paid for it and JMR never contacted us to schedule. I emailed them with no response. Angie's list reached out to them and still no response. Reliability is poor. If the schedule is too busy JMR should not be on Angie's List. Can't attest to quality of their work because never saw it. Just asked for refund and went elsewhere for painting.

This project went excellent from start to completion. The estimate and scheduling was a breeze. I can't say enough about the customer service and workmanship of the team that was sent out. Outstanding!! I will be using them for another project. I also appreciate the communication I received from their office, Aydeen was extremely helpful and her follow through was awesome!

The painters showed up on time, covered my garage floor, took the shutters off, spray painted them with 2 coats, allowed them to dry, reinstalled them, cleaned up. They were awesome!

The crew was punctual and very professional. Jorge was the project leader and he communicated well and made sure that I knew everything that was occurring. They did small extra detail work that was not expected but very appreciated, I will be recommending them to all that I know and expect to use them for future projects.

The work itself is excellent--clean, neat and very smoothly applied. For the most part, they were very prompt on the days that they said they would come but we did have one no-show on a Saturday when they were working to make up time because of extra detail work that they had not expected. We did have trouble with coordination, mostly from the project management side. To explain the project management comment further: For example, when they showed up on site, they didn't know what color paint I wanted where, even though that information had been previously provided during the estimate process. As they worked on the job we realized that some of the details of what I wanted, such as repainting the trim, had been overlooked and we had to adjust the schedule for all our contractors when they readjusted to add that work back in. They missed written details in both information I provided them and in the scope that they provided to me, which I had to catch and point out to them. However, I still give them a B overall because they were extremely responsive to make sure everything was covered when I pointed things out, and they were always extremely nice and not antagonistic about me needing to do so. The work was definitely A+ quality. If your job has a lot of detail, you might have to oversee them more than you'd like, but you do get a good product in the end.

It went great!!! They did small things that were not included in the contract without nickel and dimming us. They were always professional on time, cleaned up each day and went above and beyond our expectations. They have a passion for their work and perfection, with customer satisfaction being the number one goal! We can't wait for them to do our kitchen home kitchen remodel!

The team was prompt, answered all my questions and did a great job. They stayed later than scheduled and finished up additional areas. I could not be happier with the work.

Communication was managed well. Framing went well. A lot of boxes were required to manage ductwork. Excellent carpentry on the framing. Good follow up with issues that came up. Drywalling did not go so well. Very poor quality finishing. Covered electrical outlets that had to be redone. Holes cut too big for electrical lighting plates. Did not take the empty bucket and left a damaged step ladder. Also, did not return the key to my basement. I have included photos of some of the drywalling. Sanding was included, but was done very poorly. Had to hire another drywall finishing company to prep the walls for painting. I really think that JMR may have hired a sub that did not follow through. Poor areas were marked by JMR, buyback the drywall worker did not follow through.

Mostly a positive experience. My only issue is that I was assured by the estimator that the job-site foreman would be able to speak English. He had only a very basic skill in communicating in English...acceptable in most cases. However, when specific instructions or explanation of issues arose, it was nearly impossible to feel comfortable either one of us were 100% clear about what was being said. I had to call the office and relay messages through an individual that was much more bi-lingual than the job-site foreman.

They scheduled the job promptly, and finished the painting in one day! They did it so fast and well, and even gave me a discount. They planned everything so well, and even sent questions about what paint they should use. They didn't leave any spots blanks, and were very organize.

Arrived on time, painted well, and cleaned up without leaving a mess. I was very pleased with the rooms and the finished product.

JMR was very professional and provided a break down of services in their invoice allowing us to really cater what we needed. The team was diligent and worked quickly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I might even consider hiring them to paint my deck here soon!

Great! Neat, clean, punctual and professional.

They came out to the house on time as promised and checked out the chimney. Later that day they emailed me a quote to tear out the old siding, install new hardi and paint. The quote was very reasonable. However, the next day I was talking with a neighbor who had the same problem with his chimney and he made the point that he had the chase covered in sheathing (plywood) and had the corner boards replaced with hardi as well. (Our homes were built in 1993 and I guess covering the framing with sheathing was not required). So, I sent a note to JMR asking for an updated quote to include the sheathing (plywood, tyvek wrap and replacing the corner boards with Hardi). However, they did not get back to until this week and I already brought in someone else to reside the chimney due to the whole from the wood peckers. But I would definitely consider JMR in the future as I'm considering residing the rest of the house in the near future.
