JET Window & Pressure Cleaning

I have been using JET for many years now. I had tried other companies, but they always left a residue and the house smelled like bleach. Joel uses chemical, but he uses the right amount and makes sure to thoroughly rinse the home when done. I come home to a clean home with no residue or smell. They get so busy I know book a year in advance!

It went extremely well even though it rained when they were doing the outside windows. They came back 2 days later and finished the job. Whatever they use on the windows, they stay clean even with all this rain

I use them every year. I have tried other services, but Joel and the JET team does a great job. Other services when they are done your property smells like bleach and there is residue all over, not with JET. Whatever they use does not have a strong smell or leave any residue becasue they do a thorough job of cleaning your property. They once again did a great job and I will use them again next year!!

I was referred to Jet Window/Pressure cleaning by a neighbor and will definitely be using them again when pressure washing is necessary for my home. Joel and his crew did a fantastic job, arrived right on time, and even helped move and replace furniture, etc. from my patio and front porch. He is a complete professional and the attention to detail his team provides is second to none. My neighbor also had her house pressure washed on the same day, and Joel and his crew were extremely efficient in cleaning both houses within a matter of several hours. I called this company based on other positive Angie's list reviews and was not disappointed. I was listing my house for sale within 10 days and needed these services quickly. This company was great, starting with my very first call to them. Joel's wife answered the phone and could not have been more helpful. She made note of everything I needed and the timeframe. Though Joel was booked solidly for the next three weeks, she said he could come by to give me an estimate. She'd also slot me in if there were any cancellations. I got amazingly lucky, and they had a cancellation within a day or two. Joel quickly priced the job (very fairly), I agreed, and he and his assistant got right to work. They moved quickly, but carefully. They moved all items in my driveway and front porch, and put them back when finished. They took care not to damage any of my plants or shrubs. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned that I was happy with their work. The end result was terrific. I would use Jet Window & Pressure Cleaning again in a heartbeat if I were not moving out of state. I hope those of you reading this review will give them a try as well. I expect you will be as pleased as I am.

Joel did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with his work. I have used him annually for the last three years after the pollen clears out in Atlanta and he is always professional, thorough and very polite. He has always washed every window by hand and made sure they were crystal clear. Very satisfied with his service, but more importantly, my wife is happy (a tough customer to please!).

I have used Jet at least a dozen times over the last five years for various degrees of cleaning for my home and my mother-in-laws home, power washing the house, deck,driveway, cleaning the gutters, and I mean cleaning them, not just blowing leaves out but actually hand cleaning with a rag and cleanser both inside and out of the gutter. Hand cleaning windows both inside and out. I've even used him to clean and stain my deck. Joel has always been prompt and accommodating to my schedule and time-frames. He goes that extra step to make sure you're completely satisfied and has been a delight to work with. I found Jet through Angie's List and I'm glad I did.

He is a very nice man and charged me a fair price. I had him pressure wash the house before and called him again because of his friendly manner an honest dealings.

They were able to get to my house the next day and did a fantastic job. They allowed me to pay by credit card over the phone . I received the invoice for the finished work in only a few days. Joe owns the company and does the work either by himself or with a couple of excellent, very polite, helpers. We have used this company before and highly recommend them. He is super nice and will make sure everything is done just right. Everything went extremely well and the work was done quite quickly after we called to ask for it. I think his prices are very reasonable.

From my initial contact on behalf of my daughter to the last window they were extremely professional, competetively priced, punctual, professional and simply did an awesome job!!! I could not recommend a company higher! My daughter said it looks like there isn't even glass in the frames!! OUTSTANDING company to hire!

I called and left a message at their office number and recieved a call back the next day. I talked to them about what I needed and they did not try to sell me more than I needed and had solutions to the issues I described. They came out and gave a quote the next day and I was happy with the quote. Their price was very good and they offered to include pressure washing my back patio! When he arrived he assessed what needed to be done and gave us a quote that was exactly what they said earlier. We did had the gutter scrubbing service they offered. The gutters look great now! I am very happy with their service and personel. I will definetly be calling them in the future for pressure washing needs.

When I contacted the company via e-mail, they responded promptly with a description of the services that they provide. They gave me a rough estimate via e-mail and then when they came to my townhome they were able to provide me with a written estimate. They arrived at my home on time, and were very courteous and did excellent work. They made my home and fence look brand new! I highly recommend them for any pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or fence pressure washing needs that you may have.

They were very good. We spent about $400. The price was average. They were exactly on target as far as the price was concerned. They were very efficient. They came on time and they were thorough. We will use this company again in the future.

Called and requested the pressure washing service. Took several days before they got back. However, once the date was set, Joel Ontiveros and an assistant went to work and did a great job. Cleaned up nicely after. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

The estimate was done very quickly after our request, and all questions were answered clearly. Workers arrived promptly as scheduled and worked efficiently, taking the time to do a thorough job. They were very courteous, and the price reflected the estimate (with an "Angie's List discount").

Joel arrived on time and his estimate matched the one I was given over the phone. They were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend the hand wash on the face of the gutters. Regular pressure washing won't remove the stripes, but Joel did a fantastic job cleaning them by hand. Our house and decks look new again, I will definately use Jet again in the future.

Jet completed an estimate soon after we called to inquire and were able to schedule the job within a week. They also worked around our baby's nap schedule, which we really appreciated. We have already decided to put Jet on our calendar for regular 6-month window cleanings.
