I have no complaints. Everyone I talked to was very helpful. The trainers and installer went the extra mile to help.

It went fine.

Chaz was very prompt and did the installation quicker than we expected. He was good training with our 6-1/2 month old pup. Chaz said our pup was a quick learner. Since we live out in the country, a chain link fence was even more expensive. Plus, with the underground fence we were able to cover a much larger area at a more reasonable price than chain link.

They charge $95 just to come to the house. An outrageous amount. Then, they charge $60/hour for service. When the technician showed up, she didn't have the part with her because the dispatcher failed to provide her with the information on our system prior to her leaving the warehouse. Strike one. Then, after analyzing our issue (our cat has outsmarted the fence), she spent 20 minutes in the car speaking with dispatch. (Remember? They charge $60 per hour. Seems I could have made the call in about 3 minutes.) A quote came back for the service call and device, $265!! Meanwhile, Angie's List has a posted discount of 5% for this company, and they claimed that they were unaware of any deal, and were quite rude about it. I challenged them to simply check online and not to take my word for it. The company reluctantly decided to provide me with a $15 discount, which seemed disingenuous, since the price for the call and product was astronomical, anyway. In short, if you haven't installed your electronic pet fence, run, don't walk, to another provider.

They were good to people. They've done great to whole yard. I would use them again in the future.

We installed an invisible fence for our dog last week. The staff was very professional, honest and punctual. Michael the installer was efficient and very professional. Patty came out twice to train our dog. We decided to add our cat too and she trained both animals with professionalism and kindness. She really cares about the animals. Great experience from start to finish! Our dog and cat were trained very well and have not left the yard.

We have a seven month old New Foundland who was getting out of the yard. They did a marvelous job. Even when we need new batteries for the collar, they send them at no cost. They have been great.

VERY HELPFUL IN SERVICE AND REPAIRS, AS BATTERIES NEED REPLACEMENT AND LANDSCAPING AND GARDENING WORK OCCASIONALLY BREAKS CIRCUIT. WE FIND IT VERY SATISFACTORY.

THE GUY WHO QUOTED THE JOB AND THE INSTALLER WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE REGARDING PROS AND CONS OF USING THEM VERSUS DOING IT OURSELVES. THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY AND MADE SURE THAT THE DETAILS WERE DONE RIGHT. GAVE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN WE NEEDED SOMETHING TWEAKED, THEY WERE EASY TO REACH AND RESPONDED QUICKLY.
