Green General Contractor

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Where do I begin? Completely unprofessional. My rental company sent them out to replace a recirculating pump on the hot water tank. They replaced a working hot water tank, removed the pump, and did not put in a check valve. I was without hot water for multiple days. My rental company sent them back out to fix the issue under their warranty. They did not show up for the first appointment, stated the tech got sick. Did not show up for the second appointment. When I called, they sent the tech out within a few hours. He showed up in an old dented car without tools, did not know what needed to be fixed, and did not speak English so I had limited communication with him. He kept shrugging at me and half smiling. He then said, "call office, car". I assumed he was calling the office for more information. He then got in his car and left. I called to find out what was going on and was told that they had to submit another approval letter to the rental company. I explained that they were supposed to come out to fix the issue and that I needed hot water for my family, and she needed to send him back out. She then hung up on me. I ended up calling my own plumber to fix the issue. The plumber I called also told me that the CPVC piping that Green used was not to code and needed to be replaced. The rental company sent Green back out 2 weeks later to replace the pipes with copper pipes and get it up to code. The tech they sent also did not speak English and appeared confused as to what he needed to do as he looked at the hot water tank, took photos, called his office, and after about 15 minutes of them going back and forth, the woman on the phone who translated told me that they were going to get hot water to all parts of my home. I explained that I already have hot water and that they need to replace the CPVC pipes with copper ones to be up to code. They woman in the phone said that was what she said. The tech did end up replacing the pipes with copper after I took photos and sat in the garage with him through the entire job. It is obvious that this company is accepting jobs they are not qualified to do, and do not have the basic knowledge to be able to do the job. I wonder if they are licensed and insured. I cannot find that information anywhere. I had 3 days of no hot water after Green's replacing the wrong "part" and not adding the needed valves, and 2 weeks before they came back to "get hot water to all parts of my home". The tech tucked tail and ran when he could not determine the problem and had no intention of fixing in the first place. The receptionist just hangs up when she cannot answer for why the work was not done as it was supposed to be. STEER CLEAR of this company! They have no idea what they are doing!

I had placed 12 phone calls since February 14 to Jennifer Ortiz at Green General. I have also sent pics to Jennifer showing her how the good fence should be constructed. I have not received any estimates from Jennifer for her to show me that her estimate is competitively priced. Since February 14, she has always promised to send me the estimate the next day, but I have not received any yet.
