Terribly. Ken was 45 minutes later than scheduled. When he arrived, he was dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional towards my wife. He took apart our drawer only to say he needed to go back and do some research, didn't fix it. Ended up charging us $60 to suggest changing the water filter. We will never use this company again.

Great job would not hesitate to call again!
Description of Work: Had a load sound coming from our Kitchenaid side by side built in refigerator. It was coming from the freezer side. Did my research on Kudzu and another site. Ken and his company had very good reviews and I made the phone call. Got a quick appointment the next day. Ken diagonized the problem as a fan motor. While he was at our house I asked him to take a look at our Kichenaid flat cook top as the blower fan underneath the cook top had stopped working. The fan pulls the air from a back of the burner below underneath and out thorough the vent to the exterior of the kitchen. Ken diagonized as this large fan motor had burn out. I paid for the service call and Ken explained he would look at ordering the parts and get back to me. He gave me a call back day after with price ( very reasonable ) and I paid with credit card with the green light to move forward. One part was special order and after five days I got a call and set a time for the next day for Ken to come back for the installs. Ken really knows his stuff and did an excellent job . He is honest and has a great personality as well as a good sense of humor! I would highly recommend him and absolutely would not hesitate to call him again for any professional repliance repairs !

Ken came out the same day I phoned and was at my home at the earliest time given. He repaired my refrigerator in less than 30 minutes. Another Angie's List company came out last year and tried replacing 2 parts and after that didn't work I was told it would be cheaper to purchase a new refrigerator. My refrigerator is only 4 years old. East Cobb Appliance has made my life much easier by repairing my home refrigerator so that I did not have to go up and down stairs continually to my old one in the garage. Thank you so much.Great!

He found the problem - it was a gift card that had been left in a pocket and stuck in the mechanical part of the dryer. :-( Fail on our part, but he was fast finding the problem!

Description of Work: GE oven was locking door and shutting down during cooking. Changing out controller board didn't correct. Ken came for several visits trouble-shooting and having us try various settings. He finally tracked it down to a sluggish cooling fan. Apart from the charges for the parts and installation he never charged us for the many visits and time it took to trouble shoot and resolve the problem. He stayed with it until he got it solved.

Ken arrived as scheduled and was finally able to remove the filter and put in a new filter that we had. He said to wait at least 24-48 hours to see if the ice maker would work, as he would have to replace it if not. The ice maker is working great now. We appreciate your work. Thanks.

Mr. Wiley is a contractor for a home warranty company, so the service was covered under the home warranty. He was the 2nd vendor out. The first spent 2 hours looking for the problem, and could not find it, then gave up. Mr. Wiley knew exactly what he was doing, went right to the issue, trouble shot the issue and was there about 30 minutes, mostly disassembling and reassembling the oven/microwave combo. He ordered what he thought the right part was, and returned about a week later to fix the unit successfully. I would use Mr. Wiley again in a second.

We called Absolute Appliance Repair in the morning at around 8 am to explain the problem with our refrigerator/freezer, and by noon that same day, the repairman was there to look into the problem. He quickly identified the problem, went to his truck to get the appropriate part, replaced the part, used a small fan that we had to help cool the compressor and had everything up and running again within an hour. He applied the Angie's list discount and we paid the bill. When we pointed out that he had failed to give us the Senior discount, rather than re-running the card as a credit, he just gave us the cash represented the discount he had missed. Excellent service and we would use them again.

Ken is very affordable and prompt. The prices are exactly what he initially quoted. He needed an additional part to complete the job, and he came back the next day exactly when he said he would to complete the repair. Our dryer works excellent.
