Drywall Repair & Interior Painting

Drywall work, paint work good quality workmanship. The two ceiling light electrical boxes , from which the fixtures hang, were installed askew. Both boxes are below flush from the finished surface - one is nearly an inch outside. Cannot install light fixtures until this is made right. Phone call and email has not brought any offer to correct the error. At this point, Overall "FAIR" rating is generous.

They were extremely good to work with, efficient, timely, and professional. We could not have asked for a better value for the dollars we spent.

I was acting as my own general contractor for the first time on a home remodel for my personal home. The drywall company recommended to me to another contractor came out gave me an estimate and I set a date to start with them. That day came and went with no communication and did not return my calls. I found Jose and Ana on Angie’s List and gave them a call. They came out the same day, gave me a very good estimate and was able to start the job the next day. They showed up the next day on time and finished the work a day early. The crew was very professional and did a GREAT job. Even my paint contractor committed on how good the drywall looked. I would highly recommend Jose and Ana for all drywall work.

I found Drywall Repair & Interior Painting on Angie's List. Since they had quite a few positive reviews, I decided to give them a call for some ceiling drywall repair. A few months ago, the upstairs bathroom plumbing had a leak that came through the kitchen ceiling. When the plumber came out, he had to cut about three 2' x 2' squares from the ceiling drywall to repair the leak. So after finding Drywall Repair & Interior Painting on Angie's list, I submitted an online work request along with a picture of the ceiling. Towards the end of the day, I called Ana and spoke with her about my Angie's List request. I advised her that I made an online request and had submitted a picture. I offered to text the picture to her phone so she could get an idea of the work needed. She advised that once she received my picture they would get back in touch with me to move forward with a work estimate. So as soon as I got off the phone with Ana, I texted the picture to her. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I never heard back from them at all. I suppose my small drywall repair was not worth their time, but even if that's the case, to not even call me back to tell me that is still very unprofessional in my opinion.

Ana and Jose were very pleasant to deal with. We recently moved to the area and bought a house with the idea of finishing off the unfinished basement and while changing out some tile in the upstairs bath, my husband found mold, so we had to completely gut the bath. I found Ana and Jose on Angie's list and couldn't believe all the good reviews, so I decided to give them a call. We had them frame in and drywall the entire basement, including the ceiling and also drywall the entire upstairs bathroom. Everything looks great! I would say they are definitely "True Professionals" and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future. Thanks Ana and Jose.

Ana was quick to call to schedule a site visit to provide a free estimate. Jose and Ana arrived on time and toured our home making notes and discussing pricing. We were satisfied with the competitive price and the resolution recommendations and we scheduled the service date at that time. The work took 3 days plus one follow-up visit for touch-ups. They were professional and respectful throughout. They added new drywall where we removed a skylight, they patched drywall where we had moved a light fixture, they repaired a poorly repaired ceiling drywall job from the previous owners and they sealed and repainted the ceiling and rooms with the drywall repair.

The process was great, Ana returned my call promptly, communicated directly with my tenant to schedule and estimate and repairs. The cost was reasonable for the services provided and the results were great. Recommended.

From the initial quote to the time the work was completed, Jose and Ana were extremely responsive, on time, and very professional. Their work was excellent! It was a wonderful surprise to see how conscientious they were in taking care of our home. We had been dreading the dust that comes with sheet rock work, but we experienced very little. They used generous amounts of plastic to protect our cabinets and countertops, along with two layers (one paper, one plastic) to protect our new kitchen floor. Additional plastic created a barrier to other areas of our home. They even used drop cloths on our deck outside the kitchen! Upon completion, they left everything spotless--even hosing off our deck. We highly recommend Jose and Ana for any drywall and/or painting needs. We hope to use their services again soon for additional projects in our home!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing painting and drywall repair. Jose and Ana were very prompt and professional when responding to our inquiry about getting our nursery painted. They came to give us an estimate on Saturday April 30th and the work we requested was completed following Saturday, May 7th. They repaired the drywall in our nursery, painting the entire room, including all trim. The job was done quickly and flawlessly and the price was reasonable. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with their work and they were both very kind and easy to do business with. A +

I'm sorry that I did not rate sooner, was unable to do so due to medical issues. I had my house re-piped and I needed to find someone to replace/repair the sheet rock and repair the popcorn ceiling. The Marin's were on time to give me a quote. I was able to get the work done a day or so before Thanksgiving. One person came and worked diligently all day. He did a great job! This is a small family business and they take pride in their work. I have other projects that need to be done and I will definitely use this company again. They are very honest and trustworthy. Glad I found them on Angie's List.

The Marin's were prompt, credible and did great work. We had a number of areas that required painting as well as a number of Sheetrock repairs.

Master Bathroom - Jose and Ana provided a free estimate for demolition work, new drywall and drywall repair. We were so pleased with Jose and Ana! When I contacted Ana for an estimate, she scheduled it quickly and was right on time for the walk through and estimate. We booked them immediately for a few weeks out to fit our remodeling schedule. On that date, they were right on time. Jose and his helper sealed off the area, keeping all of the drywall dust to a minimum, and carefully covered and protected my brand new cabinets and countertops. Their drywall repair was beyond excellent, absolutely seamless! The painting quality was exceptional as well. They worked diligently and got the job done in one day, as they said they would. They cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. We will use them again and again!

Jose and Ana are fantastic! When Jose and Ana came to prepare the estimate, Jose actually spotted evidence of a roof leak on the other side of the bathroom that 2 different roofing company estimators had missed! We were lucky to have had Jose paying attention to the work that needed to be done! They then went up in the attic with us and looked all around the house for any additional leaks. After the roofers finally got their job done, Jose and Ana and their assistant came on time, laid down protective cloths everywhere needed (6 different areas of the house), and got everything done in 1 day. When moving the dryer in the laundry room, a piece of the linoleum came up because the builder had not glued it down. He had only attached it at the baseboard. Ana went to Home Depot and bought better flooring and they replaced the entire laundry room flooring. They also replaced the washing machine pan which had a hole all the down to the floor. You want Jose and Ana looking out for you and your home. They are very conscientious, professional and prompt. I highly recommend them. I would not hire anyone else.
