Description of Work: Ana and Jose stopped by on a Saturday morning (they only do quotes on weekends since they're on job sites during the week) to do a quote for the drywall repair & painting that needed to be done. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional, and on the spot provided cost, time needed to complete the job, and available dates for the work to be done. | |On the day of the job, Ana came with the crew to explain the work to be performed. The crew was professional and got the work done in the time quoted. They came with an amply supply of plastic sheeting which they taped to the ceilings to contain the inevitable dust. Afterwards they vacuumed the rugs/carpet and swept the hardwood floors. | |One thing that impressed me was they didn't ask for any money up front and said I could just mail a check to them after the work was performed. This obviously gives the customer a lot of leverage to fix issues if the work wasn't done properly. |

Description of Work: Mr. Marin and his team repaired some damaged plaster on the ceilings of several rooms, replaced drywall in the basement, removed wallpaper throughout the house and repainted. The quality of the service was exceptional. Ana and Jose were extremely professional, pleasant and overall a joy to work with. Despite some unforeseen challenges in removing the wallpaper, the team did everything possible to complete the job on time and minimize inconvenience to us. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired/replaced drywall, installed exhaust fan, painted walls and ceiling. Everything was perfect! Repairs were done quickly and cleanup was clean and thorough.

Description of Work: We have postponed the job but the quote was very fairly priced and Jose really seemed to have excellent experience. I am having a ceiling in a large room repaired and due to the size, he felt installing new drywall was a better idea to keep it from being "wavy"

Description of Work: This work was done for my hotel. Repair Drywall sanded was ready for paint. Front entrance, Breakfast area & 2nd floor hallway. Repair Drywall on ceilings in rooms with knockdown texture. Rooms 104, 106, 108, 118, 210, 212, 221, 307, 309, and 310.

Description of Work: This company has not performed the work yet, but they have been very responsive so far, and seem very professional.

Description of Work: Tried to get someone to come out and give an estimate to replace damaged sheetrock due to water leak on ceiling. Was told that no one could come out for another 3 weeks because they were busy. Seeing that I have two open holes in our ceiling, that was unacceptable and they were unwilling to compromise.
