Drywall Repair & Interior Painting

Jose, Ana, and their crew were excellent. Jose and Ana worked with me when I had some unique requirements, such as putting up double layer sheetrock, and caulking seams between layers (for media room sound control). They were flexible during the whole project, showed up on time, completed the job as planned, were clean and tidy, and polite.

Jose and Ana are so nice and easy to work with. They are quick to respond, and finished the job in three days. I was impressed with how quickly they completed everything. We had gotten three other contractors to give us quotes, but Jose and Ana were the only ones who we felt were knowledgeable enough to remove the wall and drywall again successfully. They also had a lot of tough wallpaper to remove from previous owners. Jose and his team did a great job with removing the wallpaper and making sure everything looked great. A couple of small paint marks got on the trim, but overall very pleased with the job! Would hire them again. *Update as of 3/24 - I'd like to note that after I submitted my review, Ana called me and set up some time for one of her employees to come back to the house and touch up the mistakes I noted. He did so, and everything looks great. Great customer service!

So it was a small job but in a tight space where the quality of their work would be very obvious to anyone entering the room. They came out promptly to provide an estimate, arrived on time to do the work, were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Jose and his crew worked hard and were very thorough. They arrived early each morning, ate a quick lunch on-site, and worked until almost dinner time each day. We are happy with the results and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Due to a leak in a pipe, a large portion of a finished basement ceiling had to be replaced and painted. We also had damage on an upstairs ceiling and a bedroom that needed to be repaired and painted. Good communication via text messaging with Jose's wife Ana to set up the estimate and appointment . Jose and his two assistants arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They covered or moved furniture and TV. They cleaned up well before they left. Work is high quality.

Anna and Jose came and provided an estimate for my needs . Anna was very helpful with suggestions on the areas of need as well as paint selections . They arrived promptly on the day for the repairs , finished all the work in one day as allocated , and I am totally satisfied . I will be using them again in the near future .

As experienced home remodelers, it is challenging for us to hire out services and get the kind of quality we would do ourselves and expect in the field. Too tired from other projects to tackle a garage drywall resurfacing, we were led to this small company by the positive reviews on Angie's list. They were prompt and courteous when reviewing the job for the estimate, came in slightly above another company and then demonstrated on the job why paying a few dollars extra is worthwhile. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service. Seamless drywall including interior closet corners, a textured ceiling that matches the interior of our home and clean up each day that left us feeling like they were working on their own home. As Jose and Ana talked with us at the close of the job, their first concern was with our satisfaction before accepting payment. Their was a look of real pride on their faces when we walked through the completed job, Jose and Ana are true to their craft. We would without hesitation use their services and recommend them to others.

The same day I called and told Ana and Jose about the damage, they showed up at my home and provided a free consultation and estimate. A few days later, Mr. and Mrs. Marin were back at my house ready to do the job. It only took them a few hours -- came after lunch and finished around 5pm. Ana explained all of the repairs they were going to do before they started and went over them again after the job was finished. During the repair Ana and Jose noticed that there was further damage to the floor in my closet. They made me aware of it immediately by calling me at work to explain what they'd observed. Thanks to their thoroughness and perceptiveness, I was able to call in another crew to address the water damage to my floor. Ana even gave me a and quot;good housekeepingand quot; tip for cleaning my carpet -- white vinegar! I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, personable personalities, and quality performance.

This was a wonderful experience. Jose and Anna are very professional, pleasant couple to work with. Jose and his helper removed the old drywall, put in the replacement and cleaned up afterwards. Jose even went a step further and fixed the leak on the hose for my water line attached to my refrigerator which was the source of the issue. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing drywall work.

I could not be more pleased with all the work completed by Drywall and Interior Repair. Not only is everything fixed it looks better than it did before all the water damage. The place looks bigger, updated and as if there was never any water damage. The laundry closet is more functional and the painting throughout all areas was immaculate. Furthermore, Ana and Jose were always on time and kept me posted throughout the project. I felt they had my best interest in mind as they did the work and wanted me to by happy with the results. When we incountered an issue and needed an electrician they contacted me right away and worked with him to do what needed to be done. When Ana noticed my kitchen sink was leaking (no more water please!) she cleaned out under my sink and dried out the cabinet and alerted me of the issue right away. I sincerely recommend Drywall and Interior Repair and I cannot wait to have them back to remove the ceiling popcorn and paint the remainder of the condo.

Anna and Jose were great from the moment I called them to schedule for an estimate to fix the water damage to drywall in my formal dining and living room. They came by on-time to look at what needs to be done and gave an estimate of $1,400 and there was no negotiation. I was supposed to take care of the actual cause of the leaks. I called in a general contractor to fix the leaks and they were planning on re-grouting the shower tiles and just caulk the bay window on the same day. We scheduled for the work and Anna started on time at 9:00 but after removing all the drywall they pointed me to actual cause for the water leak which was outside the house (bay window caulk was falling apart, damaged roof shingles, absence of water diverter on the roof, gutter was tilted towards the bricks and not away from house, rotted window trims from the second floor etc.). The leak in the formal living room was coming from the master bath. Jose asked me to show the master bath and in just a few minutes told me I have a bigger problem. The re-grouting was not going to help as he was able to easily pry a few porcelain tiles out. We noticed that the builders had done a very poor job as the tiles were glued to 2x4 and not on Durock or cement or Kerdi board, we also did not find shower liner and the whole master bathroom had to be re-tiled to avoid future problems instead of just re-grouting. They said they will not finish the drywall job because it would leak again. Their honesty was very much appreciated. In the next 4 weeks I had my master bath re-done (found out that the wood board under the files was wet and rotting), roof guy fixed the roof issues and bay window was caulked. Anna and Jose came on the scheduled day and they inspected the work done by other contractors to ensure that it would leak again. They worked the whole day and at the end I paid the estimated $1,400 and they did not even try to ask for more as they had to make two trips. These guys are keepers and I am saving their number if I need drywall or interior paint work to be done. Thank you Anna and Jose.

Jose and Ana are awesome. They really care about doing the job well. After replacing the ceiling, priming and painting, there were a couple waves in the surface due to the rafter structure (home is old, built in 1958). Ana refused to take payment until the surface was perfect, which required them to come out on a separate day to finish the job. It now looks great and I have no complaints about the work. They also did a great job with the cleanup and were very respectful in our home. This was not the cheapest quote I received, but after my experience I trust them 100% and plan on using them for future projects. Choose these guys, you won't regret it.

Ana and Jose were very professional and did excellent work along with their employees. They did wonderful prep work, clean up, and kept working until the job was finished. Their repair work was impeccable and they are very nice to work with. I highly recommend them.
