I do apologize Ms. [removed member name] - after checking my inbox it appears I received two requests on 9/5/2014 and I must have mistaken your request and the other request as being the same person - which I was able to help that homeowner - but not yours. To my dismay, hers was taken care of to her satisfaction, but evidently your's wasn't. I'm not sure what happened as to how your request got lost on my list for we receive requests and followups but that didn't happen with your request. I'm not sure if it was because your request and the other request were simultaneous or just a blimp of the computer. I do make it a priority to answer each and every request for DRIVEWAYS R US whether we are chosen to do the work or not. It is not and has never been my intention to ignore anyone - no matter who or what it is. I pride myself on answering questions and being of assistance to whomever I can. As a business owner that is the nature of DRIVEWAYS R US to be of assistance and provide the best top quality service to our customers. I do apologize to you for this was my fault for not double checking to see that all my requests have been answered - of which I will duly take on this task more carefully so as to not miss anyone requesting assistance for any reason within my power to do so.
