+ -1 moreThe work was done on time as agreed to, however the grading did not get done, so water was not running off into the drains. As soon as we noticed it we called and asked for the grading to be done. We were told it would be taken care of. The work was done on July 17th and no one from Drainage f First has ever returned to do the grading. We had to hire someone and spend more money to complete the job.
Description of Work: We had two french drains put in, and two downspouts piped underground and drained off to the side. They hand dug the trenches and put in the pipes and then covered put the dirt back in the trenches.

Description of Work: I waited until the latest torrential downpour to post this review!! We had a finger space leak in our basement and the big name company wanted to charge big bucks for the repair. Another company recommended Drainage First. I got the estimate and then waited until another downpour to see if the first leak was a fluke. (Wishful Thinking!) John came out and I added the gutter drainage to the quote to play it safe. They came out and the job took most of the day. Glad to report after the next big rain, the basement was dry as a bone. Thank you John and Drainage First for doing a good job and saving me some money!

+ -1 moreJohn Brodbeck and his staff did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They dug out and replaced all the component parts of the drainage system, using products superior to the original and redesigning the system such that it will last a long time. They were very pleasant people to deal with. I would use Drainage First again and highly recommend the company.
Description of Work: The underground drainage system that drains my concrete parking area had deteriorated and needed to be completely replaced.
